In my opinion, this company should be noticed by every cycling lover, because it seems to me that I have never faced such a company with such a responsive and polite customer support. They write in the descriptiong that consumers and clients are their family, and it really feels like that. They treat you like a family member, because they approach to every client with a great responsibility. I wish I would face this company that times when I neede a new bike. Anyway, I know that I can apply here anytime I want because the customer support here is awesome.

Nice looking website, easy for navigating, I think that during these times it is great that they offer everything for online shopping so you can still be active and find all the gear you need.

Bike cover arrived within a few days.
It works well, it's light enough to easily handle with the top section nice and heavy.
Would recommend this cover above others I have purchased elsewhere.

If I could put no stars I would, purchased a product only for it not to be available after. False advertising, wasted my time and took 4 days to find out my items were not coming when I had paid express postage and the items should have almost already arrived.

No notifications on processing on the order, shipping etc. order took a while to come, but I did get a reply after I enquired about it. I'm mostly unhappy because the shoes don't fit, even though I've order the correct size, so really it's more an issue with the shimano shoes… although I'll still have to pay for return postage no doubt

Relatively easy to find a wheel set that was close enough to our needs (actually wanted some runs to suit 2.4s but settled for 2.2 capability).
The option to choose to pick up the order at the time of ordering would be great.

To Tasmania. The maximum time between these two states is 3-5 days. When I emailed the cycllingdeal they said it says it's in transit. It has said this for over 10 days (in transit) and now 14 days later it still says in transit on tracking site. I wish I had just bought it from a local store as who knows if it will even turn up.

Let down by the delivery company's inconsistent app. Showing that the parcel had left Melbourne but not reached sydney but the text updates said it had and to expect it at end of the month / early November yet it arrived today….

Good but i couldn't see the size shoe i had chosen in the item details at checkout. Fingers crossed the right size is delivered.
I thought cleats were included. For me description was not clear.
I haven't seen shoes yet as they were delivered to my daughters.

Good value products, I've been a customer for a long time. Only thing I don't like is that it has transitioned to online only. I do think you've done a great job with the online resources, especially the product videos, so even as an online only store, I would rate you very highly. Still, I loved being able to go in and check out products before buying in the past, and that was a critical factor in building trust in the brand in the past. Worth noting that if I was a new customer and limited to online only, I would be more hesitant, as I am with other online stores. If you have the capacity to open your doors again, I think that would be great.

Had an issue with the checking out proceedure
Every thing i went to put in rushed screen to bottom of page,
As in i put in name... screen went to bottom
But in last name... went to bottom of screen
Put in phone number... went to bottom of screen
Put in street address... went to bottom of screen
Put in town... bottom of screen and adress did not show

Good services although some issues with direct logistic but it sorted out okay after we left note on door as the driver would not call us upon arrival and we cannot be home all the time.

The overall experience was great but I feel like there could be better assembly instructions included than a link to a youtube channel with a short clip that doesn't go into enough detail imho.

Can't belief how fast it arrived! Was expecting weeks but arrived in 4 days. The product is amazing. So sturdy and the functions are insane. Same as $500 ones from Bike Bug.
