I have had the product sent to my parents' place as a christmas present so don't know yet how the product is but the process so far has been very good.

I emailed Cycling Deal for info on the product. Alex returned my query promptly with measurement I was after. When I found a way to fit the carrier to my ute and caravan, I went ahead with this purchase. All has gone well so far. Hope the delivery driver gets my delivery message on where to leave the package if I am not home. The rack has been delivered and fitted up for the ute and caravan. My only negative was the delivery time from Aramex. I ordered 3 things for the bike rack to be complete. 1 from Brisbane, 1 from Sydney and the rack from Melbourne. The rack was picked up from Melbourne on Friday, the other 2 items on Monday by Australia Post. The item from Sydney was delivered Thursday, the item from Brisbane delivered Friday and the rack through Aramex was delivered the following Monday. Though delivery is somewhat beyond the control of Cycling Deal, you need to talk to Aramex to speed up their service, because although you have contracted delivery out, it is still your responsibility.
