Great value product. Was a little worried to start with as the price seemed 'too good to be true'. I should not have been concerned. Good quality product for the price. Easy to put together. No items missing etc. Came when it said and does what is expected. Really happy and pleased with everything so far.

Ordered a chair but immediately cancelled after reading other reviews. Despite sending them fifteen e mails informing them it was cancelled and would be rejected if they tried to deliver they totally ignored my e mails. Got message from Yodel saying they would deliver on Sunday 15th October they didn't, however they delivered a badly damaged cardboard box to a neighbour who was unaware that I had cancelled the order. So BEWARE this company will take your money and give nothing back. The box has Chinese writing all over it so nothing of quality. Photo doesn't show worst damage. Weilai probably pronounced WE LIE

All positive reviews are fake! Please do not order from them. Their products come from China, nothing like the ones on the pictures. Delivery within months, no contact number, hardly any responses received. Please be careful

High quality furniture, fast delivery, no problem. We've been looking for similar furniture for months, either delayed by the price or not available at all. After buying his furniture there, a friend recommended us to buy it here. We gave it a try and were very happy.

I ordered the Nordic Shoe Storage, and the problems started from the very beginning. Firstly, it took an excruciating three months for the package to arrive.
When it finally did, I was shocked to find that the shoe storage unit was missing! The package contained screws and storage legs, some storage parts but the main door were missing. To make matters worse, the product's dimensions were completely wrong, measuring a staggering 127.5 cm instead of the specified 64 cm.
I tried contacting the seller multiple times to address the issue, but to my dismay, there was absolutely no response from their end. I urge other potential buyers to be cautious when considering purchases from Weilai Concept's online store. Their lack of responsiveness, along with the inaccurate sizing and incomplete packages, make them a highly unreliable option.

Ordered 2 chairs as decoration for the new house. They are comfortable and match my home. And the communication with Weilai was also very smooth! Would recommend.

I spent over £2500 on outdoor sofa and 2 chairs. I invested in covers and waterproof box for the covers. After only a couple of months they faded so badly they are unusable. They are not even in colour, as you can see from the pictures. I contacted them on numerous occasions. The first 4 or 5 times they ignored me. When they eventually did reply they said that they would not replace them, as I had not stored them properly. Even though they didn't ask his I stored them! Very very upset….
Update. They did after seeing the review send me new covers. They were even worse. The covers faded ( not evenly) in a matter of days!
