They are not ready to help even if the sofa has manufactured fault and try to find excuses instead of change the part that need to be change

We ordered a sofa bed with this company who promised the lead times at point of sale. Took our money from our account then stated we wouldn't receive our item for atleast 9 weeks, which is not acceptable. With time being of the essence to order elsewhere we are now unable to do so because the company then states we have to wait for upto 5 days for refund to be processed. This company and its advertising cannot be trusted and are deliberately misleading. Therefore assumptions need to be made about quality of products advertised as well which are no doubt of poor quality as well. Customer services doesn't even respond.

It was so lovely to receive a cute email thanking me for my purchase. My shoe cabinet arrived in approximately a week! There are some leftover marks on the cabinet, it would be good for you to check the item thoroughly before sending, I also am aware this is a manufacturer issue too. Other than that the item is good (not worth sending back over) and delivery was fast. Thank you so much.

I placed an order for a shoe rack bench that I saw on their website. I then read reviews & panicked because I read about some of the horror stories from other customers. So 5 min after placing my order, I emailed them & asked them to cancel my order before anything was shipped.

Amy replied the following morning & said that she would cancel my order & that my full refund would be processed. I can happily say that I have since received my refund so I am pleased with their customer service.

I can't speak on the quality of the items as I was to scared to proceed but they were friendly & helped cancel my order which is all I needed.

After waiting 2 months for a wardrobe delivery,the wardrobe fitter supplied by the company, stated that the roof of the wardrobe was bent,scratched and warped and could not be fitted.He took pics and stated the company will be in touch.
4 weeks on, the company wants more pics of 3 boxes of heavy wardrobe units stating that they can rectify the issue.No replies to my requests for a refund,absolutely unprofessional poor service, avoid at all costs.
Let's see what the small claims court says about this infringement of customer rights.

I brought a Sofa, and it is of outstanding quality, as I had anticipated.
Will last me a lifetime, in my opinion. The online ordering process was fantastic, but I later changed my mind and desired another colour this was not a problem.

I have just had the worst experience in my life trying to arrange a return and refund with Wellai Concept! AMY who seems to be the only person who works for Wellai refused to arrange the return, refused to respond apart from very generic, dismissive and unhelpful answers, she refused to provide me with her managers contact details when i wanted to escalate my complaint, refused to provide a returns address. Despite this being well within the 14 days return policy! She has NO customer service skills, is rude and dismissive. BE WARY of purchasing goods from this company as if you need to return something they make it as difficult as possible! It resulted in me having to raise this issue with my bank who thankfully after seeing the evidence refunded me strait away! Conveniently AMY then sent me 2 emails on a Sunday wanting to arrange a collection! I have seen similar reviews from others regarding this! BE WARNED

I had an issue with a dining table I purchased from Weilai Concept. Amy handled it quickly and efficiently. Quality furniture, expert delivery, and assembly services. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I adore the dining set! I highly recommend them as a company.

Bought coffee table & TV stand. Only coffee table delivered and TV stand was cancelled. They have not returned the full money as they have found the issue with free gift item. Most unprofessional, no customer service and no regret of fulfilling the order. Total waste of time. Be aware as most orders shipped from abroad and not guarantee of delivery.

We ordered two sofas in December from weilai and the customer support there was great. Delivery arrived a couple of weeks ago, very pleased with the service and the sofas are beautiful. Just ordered an extra chair and footstool online and the process was equally smooth and hastle free, thoroughly recommend Loaf if you are looking for cool, comfortable furniture and great customer service.

Massively delayed delivery, terrible returned goods packaging, total deniability unless the credit card fraud team were involved then horrific and threatening customer service. Be warned.

Product was described and priced as 'real leather' was plastic.

Tried and tried to get my order been promised all week for delivery still a no show coming up 4 weeks now tried to contact customer service several times more chance of contacting the other side will not be using again

I bought 2 x leather saddle chairs. The quality is just terrible. The wooden feet were not finished and I had serious doubts they were even leather as they looked plastic, had no visible grain & no leather smell. They later admitted they were "synthetic leather" well those two words don't go together! They are indeed plastic. There was even a pattern repeat which just would not happen with real leather! Total nightmare sending them back. When they eventually agreed following many emails, they deducted £313! I am now arguing with them about this. Awful experience that has caused me much stress and I notice that the Trust Pilot reviews that I read before buying have now been removed! Photo on the left is the advertised brown chair and the bright orange one on the right is the one I received.

I ordered this tv unit as mine was too small for my new tv.
It was really well packaged and heavy.
As i was unpacking it, i thought omg how am i going to know what goes were, but every peice and screw was labled and easy to follow.
I put it together myself and found it easy enough, and im a flat pack virgin.
I would 100% recomend and i would buy this brand again.

If i could give this company minus points I would.

This company are breaking so many different types of law it would actually blow your mind. Copyright Infringement is just one of them. And they had never even heard of The Consumer Rights Act let alone cared about following it.

Don't be fooled into thinking you are buying 'designer furniture' - you are buying some random bit of tat that was created in a factory in china and sold under a designer's name. The materials they claim they use are also not the materials you will receive. The time frames their website states you will get them, are a total fabrication.

You also will be unable to speak to a human being should have you have issues. They don't respond and if they do, they don't care or understand the basic rights of customers.

If you get stuck in one of their scams, best thing you can do is report them to trading standards and take them to small claims court.
