Do not order a thing from this website. Orders 2 sofas 8 month ago. Sent the wrongs sofas twice and seconds sofas terrible quality not what is on there site. Now blocked my email.

I have received my third order of furniture. Yet again I am thrilled with my goods. They are all in perfect order no scratches or damage. I cannot recommend this company enough. My only complaint is I wish I had more rooms left to furnish by them. I have no hesitation in using them again.Thanks

Based on the bad reviews I decided to cancel my order that I placed yesterday, however the option to cancel the order via the my account function does not work, as the site gives constant error messages when trying to set up the account.password recovery function does not work.
I have just contacted them via mail to cancel the order, will update, if I get a response.

Me and my wife are really pleased with the furniture it is very solid and comfortable and the delivery was excellent and come sooner than expected I would recommend too everyone and I will definitely us them again.

One thing that really impressed me about this furniture set is the attention to detail in the construction. The stitching is precise and even, and the buttons on the cushions are perfectly aligned. The finish on the wood is flawless, and the metal legs on the furniture are sturdy and well-made.

I bought this dining table with 4 chairs and was really looking forward to receiving this. Online tracking was showing me ETA of 2 months so I emailed them, they are very slow to replying back and they give you a question to your question, not an answer.
Once I received the table I opened the package and found there was a big hole on one side of the table and there was a pin bolt to hold the table up once extended, they clearly show on the photos it shouldn't be this bolt and should be a locking system.
I emailed them constantly and was given a choice to return the table and be charged £90 because the polystyrene packing wasn't intact as delivered, this is inevitable to get damaged slightly or keep the table with only £100 refund. They get the furniture from China and do not quality check before sending to the customers.
Please avoid this company.

I bought online a Gabriel two sitter sofa bed which was £795. The package was damaged in transient and I was compelled to accept a Mavis two seater sofa bed that was reduced (I was refunded £34.50 as a sign of good will from Weilai concept. Unfortunately, the new package delivered appeared to be already rejected by a different customer as the box was not new as it can be seen in the photos. Furthermore, the couch was of a very poor quality, looked cheap, with a damage storage box and it was quite smelly. I wanted to return it and get a refund. Unfortunately, I had a lot of back-and-forth e-mails with Amy the individual who was dealing with my case. I learned that the four pillows sent to me in the package were supposed to be in a plastic cover - unfortunately this was not the case when I opened them - another evidence that the package was previously refused by another customer. Amy wanted to charge £125 for currier when returning the order and furthermore £90 for every item to be repacked. Amy from Weilai would like to charge me £485 as I will not accept a suboptimal/poor quality/damaged product which was rejected by someone else. I will never ever buy from them again.

I opted for the three-seater version of the ComfyHome Deluxe Sofa, and it fits perfectly in my living room. The dimensions are just right – not too bulky and not too small. Additionally, the sofa's design allows for easy rearrangement of pillows and throws, giving me the flexibility to change the look and feel of the room whenever I desire.

Bought a shell chair. Came with no assembly instructions. Asked customer service to email instructions, their response was "put the pieces together and screw it". This is not a conventional chair. It's only 3 legs with very unusual shape. Even the screws were too long to screw into the sections without damaging it. I had to hacksaw the screws to shorten them. The whole time all Weilai concept did was ask for endless photos. Eventually I ended up making it but in process caused slight damage to one piece due to screw length. When I complained again, I was told to repack it all (in packaging I had binned), and the packaging had to be original one it was sent in inc all protective foam. They knew I had already binned the packaging. Refused any tangible help, or compensation or part refund. Also refused to send me a replacement part that was damaged through no fault of my own. This company very poor customer service, and very unhelpful support department.
