Apalling company, advertising products as 'in stock' and then giving multiple excuses for 10 week delays.
Ordered 4 chairs, delivered in 2 batches. 2 sets of legs are missing and they are refusing to resolve.
If you have similar problems, I suggest you contact Trading Standards (who are already aware), request chargeback from your bank AND send details of your experience to the BBC pro gramme Rip Off Britain to investigate as they need to be exposed.

I bought a sofa, the delivery time says about 4-6 weeks, I get a message that waiting time actually is 8-9 weeks. So I change the sofa, on their website again it says available in 2 day! This is not true again! The waiting time is 9 weeks again!

This company is SCAM, did not receive the sofa and can not get any money back, for months, customer service just not replying. Trying to escalate via Trading Standards, do not know if will be able to get anythign back. Stay away from this company!

I bought an armchair that was visually Orange in photos and when it arrived it was red like Santa Claus. I ask for a return it took them 5 months and 50 emails to give me back my money. I also had to state my right as a UK customer and threaten them to go to court (which I was gladly going to do). There is no follow up you have to harass them week after week until they give up and do the right things. They definitely count on people not knowing their rights and being too lazy to protest.

To add to it, I also, unfortunately, bought a table at the same time as the armchair and the quality is so poor for the price and one leg was broken. I asked to have a replacement... it was 5 months ago. Still waiting for it, I send an email and "it was lost in the UK". Nobody told me anything about it, I had to ask. And I am still waiting for it (Honestly I can dream it will never be delivered).

Customer service is poor, this is a bad company that is trying to sell expensive items with zero quality. This is definitely the worse experience I ever had. Don't buy it is a scam.

No delivery no refund! It's a China fake company! Don't buy anything! They will said out of stock, let you to wait at least 3 months. You can't contact them.
