I purchased shoe rack and received in pieces broken it's like used one sent them loads email no response or no contact back only one way charged from bank

In terms of functionality, the chair swivels smoothly, and the casters glide effortlessly across the floor. It's incredibly convenient, especially when I need to move around my workspace quickly.

The customer service team at this furniture online shop went above and beyond to help me with my order. I had a question about a product and they responded quickly and were very knowledgeable.

I love supporting this furniture online shop because they offer great products and excellent customer service. I will definitely be a loyal customer for years to come.

I have ordered a sofa which was supposed to be delivered to me in about 12 weeks. I was perfectly okay with waiting that long however as I was already 3 months pregnant it was sort of a deadline. As the company doesn't have a contract number I was a little bit cautious and have asked them not to take the payment until they deliver, but of course they were told to hold on to my card details as a guarantee.
This request had been totally ignored and my card has been charged however I've overlooked it thinking it was a honest mistake.
More then 2 months later I've been contacted by they currier company that they will deliver in a few days.
Since then, they have moved the delivery date 5 times. This was a month ago.
The currier company is taking my phone calls and attending to my worries. They have been told by Weilai that one part of the sofa has been misplaced and they don't even have it.
Amy from customer servIce emails me back, saying the currier company is under staffed and they are not delivering my sofa.
Many times I've asked her for a contact number, a refund, or at least to be honest as I'm so stressed being 6 months pregnant without a comfortable sofa (bare in mind I did pay quite a lot of money from it).
I will never ever try and support a 'family owed' business that I'm not sure is legit!
Hoping I won't lose my money and hope whoever reads this will think twice before giving money to this company!

I was hesitant to order furniture online, but this shop made the process so easy and stress-free. Their customer service team was extremely helpful and responsive to all of my questions.

THIS IS FRAUD! - SEE PHOTOS ATTACHED

Item is not as described, defected and dangerous. This is FRAUD!

1. Item have health and safety issues, sharp storage boxes under sofa because its unpainted and not sand down.
2. Wheel doesn't show on display photo
3. The sofa sent quality is much poorer than display photo.
4. Display photo shows black storage boxes I have received unpainted storage boxes.
5. Sofa bed not suitable to sit on too hard
6. Sofa bed is not suitable to sleep on too hard
7. Sofa bed not suitable to be used as storage, very difficult and complicated to access storage
8. The arms on the sofa moves, rocks from side to side
9. I wouldn't accept this sofa even if it was for free.
10. Refused return and refused to accept any of my claims.
11. Told me to pay 129 pounds for return as this is unwanted goods
12. Threaten to take me to court because I open bank dispute
13. Say they won't arrange collection until I close dispute or pay 129.00 for collection
14. No instructions came with sofa
15. The worst customer service you can image
16. Took almost 3 months for delivery

Bought new furniture from here. The quality is very good, my mother and satisfied, there are many kinds of furniture here, to meet all your needs for furniture, highly recommended

The shell chair is lovely, I love the colours and quality. I have two matching shades in my bedroom which look great. I purchased my items when they were on offer which made them more of a bargain.

Speedy delivery, easy assembly and reasonable price. Bought my 1st one acouple of weeks ago, was very impressed so bought a 2nd chair. 10/10.

Absolute rip off merchants selling cheap tat. The table I received was not as advertised. Poor contruction and cheap materials. I have well and truly had my pants pulled down

I recently purchased a dining set from this furniture online shop and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. The quality of the furniture is fantastic and the price was unbeatable.

Do not trust this company! I ordered a superb dressing table set with mirror and stool 2 months ago, before Christmas. Weilai Concept repeatedly lied that it will be dispatched in march (after 3 months!) and blamed covid. When I asked for a refund, they admitted that yodel lost my parcels, then said they would ship another set, but they're out if mirrors and stools and wanted me to accept just the table. The table is useless without stool and mirror so I asked again for a full refund. They also said the shipping container was delayed, although on the tracking page my parcel was already in the UK. Then they replied they will only refund me "upon return." Return of what? I never received anything from them and I patiently waited for 2 months. It was supposed to be my well-deserved Christmas & birthday treat. I never paid almost 600£ for a piece of furniture, but I saved and thought it's a one-time award for surviving these past 2 years. The entire experience was so frustrating. So if you want to lose a few hundred of pounds, buy from them... The worst part is that they're everywhere on the internet, but please, beware. Can't believe such evil people exist and get away with it.
