Product not as described. Ordered a leather sofa which arrived nothing like the pictures used on their website. Came to find out this is a drop shipping company from China which parades as a UK based company. Terrible customer service, emailed them 8 weeks ago 2 days after receiving the item and have yet to receive any response. Avoid at all costs! Do not be scammed. £3000 now down the drain. Should've done my due diligence.

The company posts fake reviews online, has deleted their trust pilot page due to the negative reviews and have left fake reviews on sitejabber. Be WARNED.

Cheap copies of there advertised furniture. Terrible customer service no response for months. Charged £189 for return of the cheap plastic unusable items. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!

Item is not as described, defected and dangerous. This is FRAUD!

1. Item have health and safety issues, sharp storage boxes under sofa because its unpainted and not sand down.
2. Wheel doesn't show on display photo
3. The sofa sent quality is much poorer than display photo.
4. Display photo shows black storage boxes I have received unpainted storage boxes.
5. Sofa bed not suitable to sit on too hard
6. Sofa bed is not suitable to sleep on too hard
7. Sofa bed not suitable to be used as storage, very difficult and complicated to access storage
8. The arms on the sofa moves, rocks from side to side
9. I wouldn't accept this sofa even if it was for free.
10. Refused return and refused to accept any of my claims.
11. Told me to pay 129 pounds for return as this is unwanted goods
12. Threaten to take me to court because I open bank dispute
13. Say they won't arrange collection until I close dispute or pay 129.00 for collection
14. No instructions came with sofa
15. The worst customer service you can image
16. Took almost 3 months for delivery

Apalling company, advertising products as 'in stock' and then giving multiple excuses for 10 week delays.
Ordered 4 chairs, delivered in 2 batches. 2 sets of legs are missing and they are refusing to resolve.
If you have similar problems, I suggest you contact Trading Standards (who are already aware), request chargeback from your bank AND send details of your experience to the BBC pro gramme Rip Off Britain to investigate as they need to be exposed.

Order something which never arrived and just giving excuses for not delivering and refunding the monies

I opted for the three-seater version of the ComfyHome Deluxe Sofa, and it fits perfectly in my living room. The dimensions are just right – not too bulky and not too small. The seating capacity is ample, accommodating multiple guests comfortably. Additionally, the sofa's design allows for easy rearrangement of pillows and throws, giving me the flexibility to change the look and feel of the room whenever I desire.

I ordered the Nordic Shoe Storage, and the problems started from the very beginning. Firstly, it took an excruciating three months for the package to arrive.
When it finally did, I was shocked to find that the shoe storage unit was missing! The package contained screws and storage legs, some storage parts but the main door were missing. To make matters worse, the product's dimensions were completely wrong, measuring a staggering 127.5 cm instead of the specified 64 cm.
I tried contacting the seller multiple times to address the issue, but to my dismay, there was absolutely no response from their end. I urge other potential buyers to be cautious when considering purchases from Weilai Concept's online store. Their lack of responsiveness, along with the inaccurate sizing and incomplete packages, make them a highly unreliable option.

I bought 2 x leather saddle chairs. The quality is just terrible. The wooden feet were not finished and I had serious doubts they were even leather as they looked plastic, had no visible grain & no leather smell. They later admitted they were "synthetic leather" well those two words don't go together! They are indeed plastic. There was even a pattern repeat which just would not happen with real leather! Total nightmare sending them back. When they eventually agreed following many emails, they deducted £313! I am now arguing with them about this. Awful experience that has caused me much stress and I notice that the Trust Pilot reviews that I read before buying have now been removed! Photo on the left is the advertised brown chair and the bright orange one on the right is the one I received.
