Ordered a portable air conditioner, FedEx said it was delivered, opened my door to no package. I called Wayfair and they said I had to wait 6 business days to receive a refund. Why? Where is my package? Did you not send it? Why would FedEx mark delivered and it's not there? Something is shady with this business. Now I'm out of $400 and my portable air conditioner. I will never purchase from them again!

After waiting 1/2 hour on hold the first car/sales person asked me her question. She slowed me to describe what I'm shopping for - which I repeated twice - and when she went to look for what I wanted she could have said a dog or cat because it was nowhere near the items I had already put in my favored list - vanities. The next sales rep lied when she said she emailed me what I wanted. No email ever arrived and btw when I asked her to hold on so I could check my email she put me on hold with the music again.

Incredibly disappointed by FedEx's handling of my wayfair furniture package. I explained I was unaware it was shipped via FedEx and that the last large shipment I had was shipped via a furniture company where I could schedule a delivery date and window... I explained I needed it delivered Friday when I'm home from the hospital. This is my only day off work being a full time health care professional, I also explained that I needed help getting it up to my apartment if I could as I am a 5'2" 115lbs female living alone. I was assured by TWO representatives, Aris and Kris, when I called to confirm delivery that it WOULD be delivered without a problem on Friday by 8pm and I could get help getting it upstairs no problem. I was told I would be called when it was enroute to my location.
I waited around all day for Fedex to deliver or call me with an update. I never received a call back and when I called at 8pm the manager Carlos I spoke to had no answers for me. I now will not be home when they deliver tomorrow or Monday and i will not be able to get help getting it upstairs to my apartment as promised. I was very much trusting Fedex's guarantee that they could deliver when they promised and I could count on them for the help I really needed.
Wayfair left a huge heavy box containing a recliner in my parking garage. I was told it would be left outside apt door (we have elevators). I recently placed an order for two consoles for a rental apartment I own. Upon checking out, Icerai chose and paid an expedited shipping fee to have it DELIVERED by a certain date. That date came and went, when I called to complain they told me, to forget what the website says about a delivery date. "we charge you a fee to ship it out, by that date, and it's out of our control when you receive it. That is just BS... don't offer a date that it will arrive and charge for expedited service if that is not the case. I called customer service and they told me its out of their control and they will not reimburse my shipping.
I purchased 6 chairs on sp/nov 2019 chairs are very poor quality, tuffet buttons fell off within days and broke, I bought protection plan on their website, they refuse to replace it because chair's price went up and that replacement is not covered, they are misleading people.

I placed an order for Bedroom set. The website messed up the order (wrong furniture) and on top of that my CC was charged twice. So I cancelled the order. It took them three days to actually cancel the order. Once credit to 'both' charges was issued by Wayfair, they then withdrew the credit after few hours. So I ended disputing the charges and requested a new CC with new numbers. Will NEVER buy from Wayfair. Minus 5 star.
DO NOT USE this company. I paid $351.83 for a vanity plus $ 124.99 for the Handy Dandy service to put vanity together (that's who they use) and $ 39.57 for warranty. Handy Dandy did not call or come the first time they were scheduled. I called Service and they couldn't get in touch with him. They reschedule me for 2 days later. The 2nd appointment was for 4:00pm todays later. At 2:30 on that day I get a text from Handy Dandy saying their person would not be there but they would reschedule me for 2 days after that. I was MAD! I called Wayfair and spoke to customer service and told them to send someone to pick it up. They refunded the $124.99 for Handy Dandy service and $ 39.57 for warranty. But they COULD NOT AND WOULD NOT process the $ 351.83 UNLESS I agreed to pay the $47.50 shipping fee. I was PISSED. They offered me a 10% off coupon on next purchase though. Needless to say I WILL NOT BE USING that coupon or purchasing anything else from them!
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE - After being approved for a wayfair credit card and trying to make a purchase on 6 (mostly) sale items my purchase would not go through and I kept receiving an error message about my card. The wonderful gentleman who helped me spearheaded every conversation and helped me find out what was wrong. Through several phone calls, a disconnect and my seemingly irritating situation he was kind and advocated for me and solved the issue! This is the first time in quite a while I've had great customer service and felt like I was being well taken care of! Will buy from Wayfair more often!

I think wayfair should close its business, they are not keeping their promises, there is no process or standard.
1) I did place my order *******082 on April 28th and it went through. I was excited about the product.
2) It was showing in status it will arrive around May 15th on my home shipping address.
3) out of blue moon I received an email that my order has been cancelled and it was surprising for me because I did not make any such request.
4) Immediately I logged in and chatted with customer care and was sorry for wayfair site glitch and she assured that I will get my product as per the initial order.
5) I waited and I never get any further update. Later I again contact and got assurance that management will get back to me by no later than 05/24 but that never happened.
6) Finally they said we can not reinitiate your order.

Each nightstand was over $1,000. I got the first order and they were damaged. They offered me only $199 refund per nightstand or return for a full refund. I returned for a refund and was promised if I placed another order for the same ones they would be inspected prior to shipping and…. When I got them that were more damaged than the first two I got! Again… their solution was $199 refund per item or return for full refund.
Absolutely ridiculous. I was without nightstands for over a month when I returned the first order feeling confident I was going to receive a perfect product and turn out I waited for garbage.

Unimpressed! Ordered and did as it said hit apply for payments when asked. Filled out all info and said congrats. Thought my order was filled because it gave a date. Never got a confirmation email, so went back on and item was no longer available. This was in the matter of 5mins. Wanted to return an item, told me I had to call and speak to customer service. Customer service had to put in a ticket to resolution center. Resolution center never called back. I called again, finally a week later I get an email response "I am sorry you are outside of your return window and this is non negotiable" I was outside the return window by 2 days, because I WAS WAITING! No one to call or speak with. I called customer service who told me that they are not allowed to speak with me about this order. Awful! Never again. Overstock, amazon and houzz is where I will be doing my business!

We ordered several items back in 2020. Some of them were on backorder and some shipped. They charged the ones that shipped, but not the others. For some reason they delete your credit card information off the system once the first stuff ships. No notice was given about this and as a result, they turned us over to a collection agency! Never before in our experience with anyone have we had this happen. We will NEVER order from them again. AWFUL COMPANY! THIS IS SUCH A SCAM!
