I placed this order. We had a company event that I needed sofas for. They confirmed I'd receive my order within a Week. Then sent an email that stated it would be 3 weeks. Then they sent an email which stated it would take a total of almost 2 months to arrive after I complained about being misled. They are still false advertising online as we speak saying they have the sofas in stock. They also are eating it could arrive in a week. I would not recommend
So I ordered a cabinet that came very damaged. Called Wayfair and they said they would send me another but that I should keep the one they sent damaged as they would not pick it up.
Second time they sent me a chair. I called and told them they sent the wrong item. They told me to hang onto it for 2 weeks and if no one contacted me that I could donate it or keep it. They did offer to cancel the order which I had preferred but now I had a chair! Two weeks went by, no call, so I opened the box and it was half a chair! Half of a very LARGE REMOTE CONTROLLED CHAIR! So heavy I needed help getting it out of the box.
So I called them and asked them to come and get it as I cannot do anything with half a chair and maybe they could find the other half. I had to speak to a supervisor as the first lady on the phone told me to dispose of it. Supervisor said she would get someone out to pick it up.
No one came. Called again. Had to speak to another supervisor who now tells me they have no one in Canada who can pick up and this now (would have been nice to know that 3 weeks earlier) VERY LARGE HALF OF A CHAIR WAS MY PROBLEM! "What about the environment?" I said. "You are throwing away a perfectly good brand new piece of furniture." "Can you not find the other half and put it together? " Sorry sorry sorry is all I got and I am now left with a massively large box with half a chair, I cannot even lift. What was their mistake is now my problem.

I buy things often from Wayfair, All Modern, and Joss and Main. They are all under the Wayfair umbrella. I had a table delivered today that I paid around $800 for last week. Yesterday upon checking my order i noticed that the price was down to $550- and then it dropped to $445. I called and they would not refund me the difference! I am in real estate and stage homes and buy a lot of items. Most reputable companies would refund this. They promised me someone higher up would call to explain- I have not heard from anyone. The product is not as nice as I thought it would be either. Good riddance.
Someone hacked into my wayfair account and purchased this item. I caught it within 30 minutes, canceled the item, changed my password, deleted my credit card info and contacted Wayfair to let them know what had happened. Because it's a "custom item" (which clearly, it is not), they were "unable to cancel or refund the item". They let me know that they had escalated the issue for further review, however a few weeks later I was still charged for the item. When I contacted them again, they told me there was nothing further they could do. That it was marked as fraud in their system, but if I didn't want to pay for it, I had to contact my bank. Apparently, not only do they have subpar website security, but they also feel it's okay to charge a customer for an order they didn't place and tell them to take it up with their bank. Completely unprofessional and unbelievable. 0 stars. Would not recommend.
WORST COMPANY TO BUY FROM! I ordered a couch, delivery was set for Saturday, December 3rd, no later than 5 pm, then it says 7:50. Never heard anything, I call the company at 8pm to find out my order was not coming because there was truck issues. Okay, I'm irritated but was offered 60$ of compensation. Fair. We rescheduled to today, Wednesday, December 7th. I have called twice to check in on my order and was assured both times by Jessica that he was running behind and his tablet died so he couldn't update the tracking but he would be here at 4:45.5 pm comes around I got went to track it and it's CANCELED AGAIN! I called Wayfair as I am very very upset and once again "they are having truck issues" I have company over with no furniture and had to take off of work 2 times! I am now calling them once again, this representative is a lot more helpful than the first two, however she can only do so much. And I am still furious as now they can't deliver it until 12/14, ANOTHER WEEK! This is absolutely ridiculous and this company does not care about their clients. I will never be using them or recommending again.
I also feel like the warehouse does not even have the couch as they are in my area ALL morning then go far away, and then it's canceled twice at the last minute.

Highly suggest never ordering from Wayfair. I ordered a Duvet. The item in picture looked fluffy. The item I was sent was flat like a sheet. I tried it return and wanted to charge me half of what the item cost.

I purchased a Radiator in July last year, after 3 were sent that had a damaged mirror and replaces, 4th one was fine. It was installed by a qualified plumber. The radiator has developed a leak at the bottom, no where near and connections. Customer services told me it had a 2 year warranty and escalated through to their resolutions dept. Resolutions have informed me as this was not a fault within 30 days of leaving the warehouse there is nothing they can do. The company called Belfrey was the company that supplied the radiator and has a 15 year warranty. I would never buy from this company again, how can a 2 year warranty only cover something that was reported faulty in the first 30 days, RIDICULOUS. Have ordered dining set, the order number *******914, I have been informed an about delivering time via email and I was waiting for the delivery in that time, but the driver has came earlier declared time and twice I have been received the message, that I have been skipped my order. I have been waiting for my order for a one week and my 10 years old son eats from the floor, even in Ukraine during the war we were able to eat as normal people. This is not my fault, that the driver came earlier that time which were indicated, I dont have connection inside of my flat now, we just moved, and I was goin to wait outside of main building to receive my order finally, an the second time the came earlier, what te $#*! service it is? Why should I wait for my money and order more that week and eat from the floor? The help center was not very helpful; they did arrange even urgent delivery on the second day. I bought furniture worth more than 6000CAD from wayfair. I also purchased assembly service and was later told that it was not possible (25 days after the order). Half of the bed is delivered the remaining is lost somewhere. Tracking information is useless and confusing. Everyone seems to care when you call or chat but no one really helps. I would never use this site and I am making the effort to put reviews wherever I can so others don't have to go through this.

It tool talking to 7 different peoe for them to resolve a futon that was sent to me not Built properly. Every single on of the workers read a script amd the supervising manager is is rude as $#*!. Please save your money amd spend it anywhere else but here.
Shady company, someone closed my account when I called and asked for a new card because my card had been jeopardized. They said they were going to look into the matter but every time I call they keep stringing me along. They obviously did not do anything to the person that sabotaged my account and caused my credit score to plummet by 40 points for a closed account. Just a bad company and the world would be a better place without services like this.
