Fantastic. I needed a space urgently and I found this app and despite the stresses of time against me I was able to book a car parking space and drive there within 5 minutes of downloading the app. I'm not sure if I was rushing but a feature could be added for 'any additional info' like for example if a hotel has ANPR and you need to register your car reg in the lobby with the business just to make sure you don't get a fine.

Accurate description & useful photographs of location. Way was manned when I arrived and a suitable space already allocated for my MPV. There are building works currently on site so spaces are restricted and the attendant suggested booking ahead to guarantee a space. Overall good secure location, helpful staff and generous space.

Do not use them if you can avoid it. Use Parkwiz instead. I booked with them and paid for covering parking. When I got there there was no cover parking and had to park with uncovered parking. I contacted them immediately and ask for a refund of the difference. They ignore me and said it is too late. As we all know with flying you can go searching for new parking on the fly. So I fought the charge on my credit card. They then recharged me. Then they wanted to work with me as they say. But they didn't I asked again for a credit and they refused. HORRIBLE company stay away if you can.

1) Drop-off day: I had arrived at the parking lot on 10/20/2021 sufficiently in advance, to avail the shuttle, and reach the airport comfortably. The Person standing at the gate had instructed us to drive up to the 6th/7th floor. After driving up and parking our car at 7th floor, myself, wife and two children had grabbed our bags and reached the elevator to see the note "Elevator Out-Of-Service"; we tried to see if there was another elevator but there were none. We had to carry the bags and walk down the stairs to save time.
I am wondering why couldn't anybody tell us that elevators were not working - we would have dropped the bags at the gate and avoided walking down carrying all our bags.
2) Pickup Day:
We had arrived at the airport at ~ 10 pm on 10/26/2021; it was a raining and cold night. We had reached the scheduled shuttle pickup point and called the parking lot. It was hard to get to anyone to talk to quickly; eventually the call went to a general customer service where a Rep had asked whole lot of questions and booking number confirmation just to give another number for us to text and request for the pickup. We had texted and waited on and on and on for 45 mins to an hour. In the mean time I had seen so many shuttles of other parking services picking up their customers and leaving.
Eventually we had to take Uber and reach the parking lot. And again, the elevators were out of service; somehow, we managed to pick the car and leave for home.
In view of the inconvenience and the pain we have gone through by booking at Way.com, I am expecting a full refund and reimbursement of Uber charges through their customer services (, or through Better Business Bureau) for some consolation.

Shuttle never came. Called 3 times ended up taking a lyft. In the hour and half waiting same a dozen park and fly shuttles should of paid the $5 more a day to have a shuttle pick you up..

I would rate lower if I could. Purchased parking for one week through Way.com. 24 hour attendant was non existent so my catalytic converter was stolen. Just found out another stolen catalytic converter incident was put on google review a week before my incident. Hate to say this but I'm sure some of the businesses support thieves. Repeated this review on way.com but they keep deleting it. Even when I express my concern about the parking facility, Way gave a default response. When I attempted to write an app review, app disabled my ability to proceed. Just don't use the app. The reviews are fake on both app and the businesses. Use google or Yelp instead.
FYI, Valupark is the same company as 405, there's no attendant on site

Used Way.com to prepay airport parking for Family Trip.
Arrived at the reserved parking lot 4am and the attendent said lot was full.

I have had really unpleasant experiences with Way.com and their vendors. First, Way.com never refunds even though is the policy is 100% cancellable with no penalty. They only issue "Way Bucks" forcing you to use them again. Secondly, they make lots of promotional offers via email, thanking me for being a customer (for example) with discount codes that are useless, because they can't be combined with Way Bucks.
In my last experience using Way.com I parked at Hilton Dpoubletree at Newark Airport. The lot so COMPLETELY FULL that I had to park illegally and worry if I would be towed during my trip (thankfully I was not). Worse was the hotel's single shuttle. It only ran on the 1/2 hour and they refused to let me on because they had "contractual obligations to prioritize Delta airlines personnel staying at the hotel." After waiting for the next shuttle, I was again denied, because remaining Delta personnel occupied 1/2 of the van and others had already been waiting for over an hour. I had no choice but to call an Uber and pay $12 to get to the terminal. I made it to the gate in just as they were closing the boarding doors. On the way back, I called the hotel several times and no one ever answered. After waiting at the shuttle pick up area for 40 minutes, again I found it necessary to call Uber to get to my car. At the hotel the front desk personnel ignored me for about 10 minutes before finally validating my parking. On the way out, the turnpike machine would not accept my ticket and I had to repeatedly press the help button. No one aswered the call, even as cars backed up behind me. After a few minutes, the turnpike gate silently lifted and I was incredibly glad to have that ordeal behind me.
