Before I booked my parking, I called the 1-800 number to confirm that info on the app was correct. However, the garage said the info I received was wrong and I couldn't park there. I immediately called WAY and they will NOT return my money ($65). WHAT PARKING APP DOESNT EVEN HAVE THE RIGHT INFO ABOUT THE GARAGES THEY LIST? And then won't reimburse you when they were wrong

I just started a goFundMe to start a class action against way.com.
They sold a parking spot they don't have and offered much far away one an hour before the reservation through email.
They argued that it is an 'upgrade' in the email, and then said they offered 'comparable'.
Original parking lot was less than a mile away, while the offered one was 6 mile away.
My flight was in 1 and a half hour from departure when I found what they did.

Got an e-mail saying my "Way Sapphire Subscription" which I never agreed to, becomes a paid subscription tomorrow. There is no cancellation link, the website provides no subscription info, and they say to contact "customer care" without any link or explanation.
I don't care about my personal outcome; this is an unacceptable business practice and this one star review will remain a one star review. It's obvious from the other similar 1 star reviews that Way does not care about operating ethically.

Booked a specific lot and then they moved us without asking. Called it an upgrade and would not move us back to original location.
Good lick finding 9920 S La Cienega Blvd. Yes street work not there fault but building is poorly marked.
At pick up we called 4 time over an hour and was told driver was minutes away each time.
Lastly they park another companies valet cars behind you in your spot. So you have to find a guy who then comes to your car and get's the offending cars the valet key number and takes a hike to go get key's so you can squeeze by when he returns.
Oh and today they became a monthly paid subscription App by the way.

The live chat answered all my questions quickly. Discovered that Way. Way offers shuttle to the cruise port. I was advised that if the cruise got cancelled, Way would provide me with a refund for the parking booked.

1) Always gets me cheapest parking option - best variety of lots. 2) all the various lots I've used have been fine. My car was still there and in one piece when I returned & shuttle was as promised. Never an issue with paying via the website when checking in/checking out of the lots. 3) site is easy to navigate. I like having map view of the various lots. 4) I like getting Way bucks (although I haven't used any yet) & they frequently send promo codes - so sign up for an account!

I'm developer. Once you have set this up, it's so easy to use. Park and pay via the app. Check the app to see when your parking expires, then simply extend. This for me is the future of parking. Not added another car park yet, so don't know how easy it is to do. Excellent way to learn of events and register and promote. Use this literally every day! On the rare occasion it goes down or gives an error message I actually panic. When I venture into boroughs that don't use Way I curse their inefficiency!

This app is phenomenal! It sends me reminders that I need to add time or hurry up and finish what I'm doing. In addition - no receipts to carry, I have multiple cards on file for personal or business expenses, and the receipts come via email! But the single best thing about this - I don't have to wait for the meter/station to take care of my transaction. 90% of the times I parked and then tried to pay, it took way too long - and then, half the time the transaction didn't even go through!
