It's a great way to make money for Way.com. When a flight gets cancelled or sickness hits and you are dealing with many things at one time - having to lose over $50 because the rule states that cancellations must be made 24 hrs before the parking time seems like a scam. Sometimes you don't have the time to cancel. I will never use them again. Just a scam.
I always rely on Way. It's easy to get into and the covered parking is great. It's nice to know that you will be picked up and dropped off at your vehicle. I've never had to wait long at airport parking to bet back to my vehicle. The drivers are helpful and courteous. A year and half ago after being gone for 10 days, our battery was dead. A Way employee drove over and jump started us and we were on our way. I make reservations as far in advance as I can so I don't miss out.
Very quick and easy to set up it only takes minutes and a few seconds more to make payment, confirms parking allowed as soon as payment is confirmed and best of all no need to route around for loose change... Great!
Atlanta airport parking, "from 6.00 a day"! It's a great way to draw us in, but when you get your dates set... It's actually 30/day, with no reason given for the price jump. Also no specific location given, to look at a map and confirm the location.
That's when I started looking for reviews. We are traveling for two weeks with a niece who's very nervous about flying, did not need any confusion at the start of the trip.
So, while I can't actually comment on the service... The lead-up is miserable and I will not be using the way.com service.
If you have time to waste speaking with someone in India and not getting any satisfaction, this company is for you! Booked parking in Syracuse with shuttle and arrive at hotel to find no shuttle, hotel staff didn't know anything about the reservation and couldn't even arrange for a taxi! Almost missed flight!
Customer service totally unhelpful had to dispute charge! Who needs this kind of aggravation!

READ THIS REVIEW! They deserve less than 1 star because their customer service is terrible. Super shady, misleading cancellation and refund policy! While they say you can "cancel" prior to your reservation, they will not refund you, only offer a credit in the form of way. Bucks! I booked Boston airport parking totally $246.97 because I had to leave urgently and needed to park my car for 21 days. Luckily, I had a change of plans 2 days prior to the reservation. I contact them to cancel... to be told nothing can be done and to dispute it with my bank! I've done that AND they fought back quoting their misleading policy. Now I'm out of $250, didn't park and likely will never use the $250 credit! BEWARE! Because this sucks!
The location is clean and the employees are extremely kind. They wear masks! Your vehicle remains in good condition and you never have to wait. One of my favorite Icon lots. It's a great option if you are going anywhere.

Way is embedded in practically all online parking purchases, even if their name does not appear on the purchase/listing right away. Once you make the purchase, you're charged at that instance. Way promises that you can cancel as long as it's right before you park, but good luck doing that. I spent hours on the phone, on hold, and sent three emails with no one answering/responding. I had to contact my bank and dispute the charge in order to have it removed off my credit card. This company is not transparent and it does not follow the terms of its own policy, even if you try.
I was going to park with them and I was half way through checking out but got distracted. They took me to the confirm these details before confirming your reservation page and I wanted to check my licence plate so I never clicked confirm. Come to find out that it did already change me and tacked on a fee for a subscription service as well? I don't want that. I ended up calling them and they canceled it right away, although they said it will take 7-10 days and I canceled it within minutes of it being booked. Time will tell if I get my money back. All in all I'm so glad I didn't book with them after reading these reviews!

I get that way may use third parties of some sort, but don't promise to have a shuttle service that doesn't deliver. I waited an hour to get picked up after being promised over the phone that I would be. I had to get someone else to get me. Bad business. I'll never ever purchase anything WAY related ever again!

Buyer beware. Do not use this service. They offer discounted parking for big events with garages who can not accommodate your car. We recently attended a concert and after 3 hours of driving, we're unable to pull into the garage because they closed before our concert was over, yet the concert we attended was listed in the app as being one they provided parking services for. Now they won't refund our money. This is stealing and 100% false advertising
If you cancel in the allowed time window they try to keep your payment on your account as "way bucks" which you do not find out until after you confirm and download their app. I waited 11 mins to speak to them and they did fold on the way bucks, but it shouldn't be that difficult to cancel a reservation. I would avoid them as there are plenty of parking sites that don't play this game
I received a special. I loved it. The lines of people coming back was busy. You needed more buses running Sunday afternoon. Makes paying for parking, and extending the parking period an absolute dream!
Tried two times. First time parking was nonexistent, cannot find it. Second time finally we found parking, but our reservation was unrecognizable by parking system. Trying to contact costumer service - 30 minutes on hold with no representative alive. Waste of effort, time and money.

Great, friendly and helpful staff. I park here every week for work it's incredibly convenient, the shuttle bus is always ready to go, I've never waited more than a minute. I do the self parking under cover and I know my car is safe as well as protected from weather and hail. I enjoy that I can self park it (unlike other car parks in the area, who insist on valet parking and then return your car covered in bird poo and dust.)

No refunds allowed. Be careful booking with them. I couldn't get on to my flight and didn't end up needing the parking service. Since I booked through way I had to request from them. They did not give me my money back and were rude about it too.

Had a great experience with Way airport parking, much quicker pickup and drop off process than my delayed experiences at the other Airport parking. They have comparable discount coupons that match the pikes peak parking rates. Our car had a dead battery upon arriving back to Denver, they had a quick service person ready with an extended jumper cable that gave us a fast jump that avoided having to call our roadside service. Highly recommend this place over all the other options for long-term parking at DIA.

Booked a legit online reservation, day before trip got email from way.com that Value Park lot full so they transferred my reservation over to Sams Parking and will take care of charges / extras.
Fine did not think anything of it until day of trip. Arrived at Sams Parking approached the front desk and no service nor help. Showed the guy reservation from way.com and guys points to sign, which read no parking spaces for way.com customers due to lot full and cannot accommodate. The guy looks at me with the you're screwed / F'd look with no care and none of my business!
Called way.com with no avail nor any attendants.
