My husband reserved a parking space since we were flying out of Atlanta Airport. The reservation was for the Days Inn in College Park, GA. When we arrived, we did not feel safe at all leaving our car in that lot as the neighborhood looked very suspect, including police presence nearby. We cancelled and left. Our car was never left in the lot and we have still been charged for the entire 9-day stay. I have called Way.Com at least three times and left messages, but have yet to receive a phone call back and this charge is still on my checking account. Would you be able to have this charge of $54.60 reversed?

Dispute with your bank immediately, they don't give refunds eventhough their cancellation policy States full refund. It's a scam!
