They locked the key inside the car. They then pried open the door to retrieve it. Never took responsibility. Damage was $300. Took them to court. These thieves didn't bother to show up. Judge ruled in my favor. I'm still waiting to be compensated. Go elsewhere. Not worth the aggravation and the damages they will cause.

We purchased parking in Miami for a cruise. However, we discovered that the address provided in the Way app was incorrect and led to a closed road with no parking. We made several attempts to contact the garage using the phone number provided via the Way app. When we finally reached a live person, we were informed that they do not accept Way Parking vouchers. Consequently, we had to pay double the price for parking at the seaport, rendering the parking voucher we paid for unusable.
I attempted to explain the situation to one of your representatives, but they were dismissive and refused to refund our money. I recently returned to the app and now they've labeled it ordered cancelled and refund processed. ALL lies! I have not been refunded any money. I've emailed them and they have not responded. We paid for an unusable service and were not provided with accurate information to allow us to utilize it. This is FRAUD! STAY AWAY use other companies like Spot Hero
I had a similar experience to many of the reviewers. I paid $47 for a few days of parking near the airport, but when I arrived early in the morning the lot was dark with no open entrance, and no one answered the phone number posted outside the gates. We spent 10 minutes driving around the perimeter trying to find an entrance (even a pedestrian one) and could not find one. We almost missed our flight and when we found another lot down the street, the couple in front of us had had the exact same experience not being able to access the lot in question. I immediately informed Way.com and they have refused to refund my money. Shamelessly bad customer service, total fraud of a company.

We were turned away from my "reserved and paid full" spot near SEA-TAC airport as it's full. Then, they referred us to travel to a different city, Kent to park over there. We almost missed our flight. Way.com asked us to enter the car license plate number in advance, but took absolutely no responsibility after taking our money. I should check this website first before using them. Lesson learnt. DO NOT USE this place EVER. Wonder how long it will take for them to declare out of business.

Very easy to search and book a space. Booked one for a concert at Ford Field last year, thank goodness I did because the garage was closed unless you had prepaid parking. 1 minute walking distance too, so yay!

Waited exactly 105 minutes at Atlanta Airport for the shuttle. Local Days Inn Hotel kept telling "it is on its way." "Had to fill gas" "Will be there anytime" We were delayed and had to drive middle of the night because of their aaah! Services.

So, I make a $58 reservation for Thanksgiving weekend. I get there, no lot. Other surface lots are full. I park at the airport for $120. Way takes days to respond but only after many messages and about 2 weeks they send me a $20 refund. Bottom line, it cost me in total $158 for 8 days because of them. No-Way!

Some lots do accept but poor customer service, not worth it. Junk. Charges make it worse than short term parking. Inconvenient and usu need to pay a taxi to get back to airport since >80% if the lots don't even know there is this scam relationship

Their app took me to a restaurant and when I drove to the nearest lot, there was no attendant or way to validate the QR code they send you. Had to pay to park since their awful customer service line didn't pick up to help me. Finally got ahold of them and they refused to refund my original reservation on the basis that "no one else had an issue that day". This company is a scam, beware.

I reserved one month of parking at SFO in September 2023. They advertised $9.75 per day but when
I submitted the charge it came though at $12.00 per day plus a $75.00 service charge, about $130 more than I agreed to. I tried to call them but after several hours of trying with no one picking up the phone I finally gave up
Got to hotel 2 hours before flight to find out its overbooked and told to call way. They answered after 10 minutes on hold and only offered refund and no options. Had to pay 3 times as much for airport parking. Would have done park and fly if I knew way was such a joke.
