DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Used Way.com to prepay airport parking for Family Trip.
Arrived at the reserved parking lot 4am and the attendent said lot was full.
Had to scramble to find other parking which cost 30$ more at the airport.
Tried to get Way.com to pay the additional charges -- sent receipts and
They would only refund my original cost. I was with my family at 4 in the
AM Driving through terrible areas to try to find a spot. Quickly drove to the airport to pay the premiun price to park there. Way.com would not respond to multiple emails to pay the difference in the parking of a lousy 30$ for their misrepresentation!
