The Tire Rack website is very easy to use and ordering is a breeze. Order shipped same day and arrived before day 3 to one of their recommended installers. Unfortunately the installer did not honor the price advertised on the Tire Rack site. The were still one of the cheapest, but it was annoying that they wouldn't honor the price, even after upselling me other services. On top of that, there was an $18 "shop fee" tacked on to the bill with the explanation that "We put that on all tickets."

I have had really unpleasant experiences with Way.com and their vendors. First, Way.com never refunds even though is the policy is 100% cancellable with no penalty. They only issue "Way Bucks" forcing you to use them again. Secondly, they make lots of promotional offers via email, thanking me for being a customer (for example) with discount codes that are useless, because they can't be combined with Way Bucks.

In my last experience using Way.com I parked at Hilton Dpoubletree at Newark Airport. The lot so COMPLETELY FULL that I had to park illegally and worry if I would be towed during my trip (thankfully I was not). Worse was the hotel's single shuttle. It only ran on the 1/2 hour and they refused to let me on because they had "contractual obligations to prioritize Delta airlines personnel staying at the hotel." After waiting for the next shuttle, I was again denied, because remaining Delta personnel occupied 1/2 of the van and others had already been waiting for over an hour. I had no choice but to call an Uber and pay $12 to get to the terminal. I made it to the gate in just as they were closing the boarding doors. On the way back, I called the hotel several times and no one ever answered. After waiting at the shuttle pick up area for 40 minutes, again I found it necessary to call Uber to get to my car. At the hotel the front desk personnel ignored me for about 10 minutes before finally validating my parking. On the way out, the turnpike machine would not accept my ticket and I had to repeatedly press the help button. No one aswered the call, even as cars backed up behind me. After a few minutes, the turnpike gate silently lifted and I was incredibly glad to have that ordeal behind me.

Tip for consumers:
They don't refund your payment despite being fully cancellable.

The Shoprite 9-slice Pizza has been replaced by their new Bowl and Basket label. The only problem is that although the box size is the same, the product inside is 2/3 the size of the Shoprite branded version. Its very odd looking, like it was a manufacturing error; a badly cut lot. It sits in a mostly empty box that's just over 18 oz. Another victim of product downsizing. Maybe Shoprite thinks we're stupid, but Walmart individually wrapped deep dish pizzas are comparable. One more reason to get my groceries at Walmart. Way to go Shoprite.

This website sells quality fakes, shipped from China. They don't answer email inquiries and there is no phone number that can be called. They have ZERO customer service. The package is shipped via EMS from Chengdu, China and takes about two weeks to arrive. I purchased a " Limited Black Alternate Vapor Untouchable Jersey." Its a close replica, but there are noticeable differences on critical inspection. There is no hologram on the tags, the NFL shield and team logo are half the size of the originals. The embroidered stitching on the team logo is of visibly lower quality than on official Nike NFL merchandise. At this point I'm just glad a package with a reasonable facsimile arrived at all. In my opinion the small savings and aggravation of zero replies to my email inquires was not worth it.
