Cancellation policy says flexible money back refund if cancel reservation before start time. My car was stolen hours before the start time. The app had no cancellation button to use, so I communicated to SUPPORT of my request to cancel. SUPPORT looked into it but denied refund, claiming "cancellation must be prior to start time" though their policy clearly states anytime up to start time.

When we returned to LAX the shuttle would not pick us up saying they closed for the night at 7:30! We had to take an UBER with my 90 year old mother in law for $80 to retrieve my car. The reply I got back today when I asked for reimbursement:

Very unprofessional. Tried being picked up from airport w/ VERY POOR COMMUNICATION. Eventually had to catch a cab to the parking structure. The lady who was responsible for answering the phone during pickup, although they sit in the garage with nothing to do all day/night, refused to pick up the phone and communicate a possible ETA, and it was COLD outside. When trying to file a complaint or even request monies back for my cab ride, I got the runaround and kept saying "the shuttle is a Complimentary Service" - Like I explained to them, there were several other parking structures to choose from and had I known this is the level of professionalism they decided to provide, I couldn't went with a different parking structure. It's DISGUSTING behavior on their behalf, especially not trying to give a damn to even rectify the matter, but I'm sure so many people use their services that they don't care about their customer service. I would say go with another vendor that will actually do what they've outlined in their description for their services. This was parking at LAX in Los Angeles. But when calling customer service I kept getting the runaround that I should contact the garage directly when they know that the garage does NOT handle business matters. Then when I contact the garage, I get referred back to the business line. It's TRASH and I hope they someday lose their business for not properly caring about their customers and their safety

A very convenient, cheap and efficient service. The easyest airport carparking i have ever had. Offers eveything you need. Ease of parking, a wash to a full valet even pick up and delivery at terminal doors. The buses were plentifull and regular, all in all money well spent.

Purchased parking on app. App said lot was attended and to show screen to attendant. Lot was NOT attended! There was no way to get ticket from kiosk for car. Called customer service and was on hold for over 20 minutes. Sent an email and as of today (over 24 hours later) still no response. Tried to cancel but app would not allow. Ended up paying double to get a ticket so that we wouldn't get towed. Oh, by the way the app price was the same as the parking lot price.
