Tried to book a parking at SFO airport with them but confirmation came back at a different parking lot, at a higher price and at the wrong time of check-in! Tried to call them but they do not provide phone number on their site! Cancellation is only for a credit with them which is totally unacceptable. I do not recommend you use their services. They are only middle men. It is always better to book directly with service providers in the travel industry. Book with airlines, hotels and parking lots directly. It will save you lots of hassle.
It was easy to bookk with clear instructions, easy check in at car park fast drop off opposite entrance door so no walking and fast and easy pick up in landing, you just check when you pick up your bags and bus is there in minutes

So, I make a $58 reservation for Thanksgiving weekend. I get there, no lot. Other surface lots are full. I park at the airport for $120. Way takes days to respond but only after many messages and about 2 weeks they send me a $20 refund. Bottom line, it cost me in total $158 for 8 days because of them. No-Way!

I paid for a parking reservation over Thanksgiving using Way.com. When I got to the parking lot, it was completely full, with no where to park my car. I was forced to drive around looking for another parking lot to park my park. The only lot available was the airport parking lot, which was 3x the cost of my original Way.com purchase. When I was asked to be reimbursed by Way.com for this extra cost, I was denied. So I was terribly inconvenienced, stressed out about almost missing my flight, lied to, and given terrible customer service, even by a Manager. This company has no integrity and doesn't seem to care about the terrible situation they put customers in. They don't attempt to make things right. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

LOL. So glad you asked. Re: Newark airport parking, Advertised as 24/7 lot which to me means it is always manned. Not so. Waited is a gloomy industrial area until the shuttle arrived.
Upon return from trip I followed instructions for pick up at terminal. I was in the right spot, and texted then dialed Way.com customer service. Your customer service gave me a number to call which was for another lot not related to where I parked. Pick up never came, and had to pay $32.00 for a cab to the lot after waiting there for almost an hour. Not happy.
Called your customer service about the $32.00 they told me very firmly that it was not your problem and to discuss with the lot. Upon arrival at the lot Ernest told me it wasn't the lot's problem and to call Way.com, Confirmation Number is OGI*******.

Great price, easy reservation system. I selfed park and a driver was there immediately. Upon return, the driver took me right to my car. The shuttle ride is only a few mins to the terminal. I'll definitely park here again

I reserved a parking garage in NYC on 11/20/2021. When I showed up at the lot, they were full. Way.com still charged me the full amount even though I didn't park in the garage. I tried cancelling the charge and went thru their website, which first told me to do it thru mobile app, then app said to call. I called and spoke to rep who said to write an email. I communicated via email back and forth for a week and got nowhere. Now dealing with my credit card company to get a refund

Great! Easy to use and gives you nice discounts vs what you would pay in person. The ability to use the map to look around your destination is easy to use. I like that each parking location has photos. Customer service is great. I had an issue with not being able to use my parking pass, and contacted customer service via text, and they refunded my money and gave me a credit for the difference in price that I had to pay in person. Definitely a great business model in terms of customer service.

They give you an address but don't tell you it's at a hotel or give you the the name of it. The name of the lot was supposed to be Fast Track parking in Ft. Lauderdale. I got there after much confusion only to be told by the hotel that the lot was full. (Thanksgiving Day) I said "That's OK I have a reservation." I was told that the reservation was with a "third party" and they couldn't honor it because the lot was full So I had to scramble to find the very last spot at another hotel but I ended up missing my flight to Costa Rica and missed my airbnb and the Dental appointment we made months ago. LOUSY! And I'm VERY upset!.

This is the worse company ever. We reserved parking but the lot was locked. Missed our flights since no parking was available. Do not trust this site. To get a payment, you have to provide receipts and picture that you were not able to get in. Such a joke.
