I ordered from here on September, October, November & December of 2022 which totaled to be $982. I have yet to see the merchandise or refund. Every time I've emailed a Justin or Monica reached out to say they have contacted seller and waiting to hear back. I always had to follow up and still haven't reached the sellers in over a year. Then they said they would give a refund and the said because of high volume it would take a while. It's been 3 months since they said that and still no refund. They do not stand by there guarantee. They are scammers. DO NOT BUY HERE! DO NOT BUT HERE THEY HAVE SOME BOGUS SELLERS! DO NOT BUY HERE!
Stop trying To force people to download your app, and fire all the marketing agents that you have! I was a potential new customer, but couldn't even view what I wanted to purchased because the app advertisement was taking up half the page! It's obnoxious and drove me away immediately... I wish I could have bought the lamp that I wanted, but your advertisement wouldn't even let me fully view it. Every site tries to promote their apps, but this is the most obnoxious thing i have ever seen. And I will not be buying anything from here because of it... I can only see the top half of all your items!
I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Wanelo and have received both of them and i have continued to order and i hope to receive soon even though their estimated arrival dates can be a bit off i still got my shoes within a few weeks.
Not to toot my own horn but, I'm a loyal and frequent flyer But because I can't even browse through the merchandise without having an add for their app shoved in my face and in the way of what I'm trying to see I will purchase what I want elsewhere. If I can't, then I will make it myself. Truth is, I'm lazy as well as busy, would rather buy it, but don't want your app.
I have found so many amazing clothes that I can't find anywhere else! They have so many different styles and I can be picky so it's hard for me to find anything at malls. I find so much stuff I love using Wanelo!
Hello all! Okay, so I'm hoping someone can give me the 411 on Wanelo. What is it and how to use it. A friend of mine put me on to it, so I checked out the website and I saw some ridiculously low prices on some high end items which made me suspicious. Another thing that made me suspicious was the fact that none of the sellers had contact information, or where the item is coming from. You go on Amazon or Ebay, that information is there. If something is too good to be true, it usually is. I learned this lesson the hard way dealing with a site called Rosewholsale (You may have heard of it, they have ads all over Facebook) I need some serious help here! I literally spend hours on the site, DAILY, just looking at all the stuff I want to buy but not in fear of being scammed! I just want some assurance that the site is safe and reliable and that the items are not fake or used. Thanks
We have a store on wanelo and it just stopped paying us from May. We fulfilled the orders and customesr even reviewed them on the app and we still don't get our money! No support no phone number to call! What is going on?
I was told I would get a $5 credit added to my account when i reviewed the product that I bought and included certain information. To get the $5 credit, apparently I need to email a link of my review to Wanelo? How am I supposed to do that if the only way to access reviews is on the ios app? Theres no way to get a link for that.

We actually ask that you send us the link to the product that you left the review for and not the actual review. With the product link, we can then go check the review to be sure it fits the criteria. I'll also check on the wording of that email so we can make it's super clear about what needs to be submitted.

Lots of really cute stuff, much of which is affordable! It helped me to cultivate my own personal style bc I wasn't really sure what my style was but after a few months of using this app I developed a pretty strong since of the clothes that I liked and the clothes that I didn't like which is kinda cool
I ordered from this site and never recieved my items. Had to request my money back. Finally got it back. And now i have had to cancel my bank card because i was charged over $250 dollars for ups shipping, and Uber in California and some sex shop. None were orders i made. Once i canceled my card i received a new one in the mail which i never activated and still fraud things are being charged to my card.
NEVER order from them. Period...

I order from Wanelo all of the time! Never had an issue but I always make sure to read the reviews of the store and product before buying. You get what you pay for! For example the $30 you pay for a LV 3k purse isn't going to be the same quality. It looks the same but quality is different. Overall never had problems with them.
They say you can trust them but don't! They kept my orders and my money which is over $200.00! They will tell you they can't find your order number and they can't refund you! They are fraudulent don't buy from them!
I asked a question: a table I saw is from a store based in Tokyo Japan. The description and price is in Japanese can I find the price in U.S. Dollars? I got sent to a million questions in the sky, but no answer.

Unfortunately, we don't have automatic dollar conversions right now for international stores but you can always quickly do the calculation using a tool found online. Since this store is based in Japan, it is not a store selling directly on Wanelo; therefore, contacting the retailer directly will always help you get a speedy response. Less than friendly experience. I don't want to follow, I don't want the mobile app I just want to preview the merchandise. Can't be done without following lots and lots of merchandisers nor can you opt out of the mobile app. Deceptive merchandising trick.

After 2 months of waiting for a pair of shoes for my grandaughter I reached out to customer service to see what was going on. I got told that they were going to turn it over to a supervisor and that i would hear back within 48 to72 hours. It has been over a week of me emailing and getting no response and i still havent heard from a supervisor. I still have not received my shoes or my money. I have given bank statements with proof of purchase and they wont respond. They stole $30 from me and wont give it back! I have never wrote a review for even the worst places but this is absolutely ridiculous! Will be contacting the better business bureau. Buyer beware!
I have ordered items over a month ago I have not received my order I do not want a credit I want a refund this is not Acceptable. On a scale 1 to 10! 1 being the worst. Wanelo gets a 1! Made a purchase, wasn't happy with purchase and sent item back. Didn't get my refund as they said I would, however they said I had a credit of $43 in Wanelo credit? Was told when I made a purchase the item amount would come out of my credit however it did not and my debit card was charged. Wanelo is joke that. NO ONE will answer the phone and when you email they might respond back within 24/48 hours and then the response is short and sweet and doesn't even get to the bottom of the question or the problem. Will not be using this site again and would not have made a second purchase had I not had a $43 credit. Again this is a JOKE! Disputing my transaction!
Refuse to refund & its their fault. I ordered an item and they sent me an item I didn't order. What's galling is that what was sent is an item from a well known luxury jewellery brand. It looks so cheap and nasty, like it cost $1 to make whereas it costs USD$2500 in real life. Its a joke.
Wanelo refuse to refund me. Initially they said they would but then they changed their minds and said they would issue a store credit. I believe I am due a refund as I simply wasn't sent what I wanted. What was sent to me is insulting and I cant on sell it. They send the wrong product and then don't reply to emails.
This seems to be a regular occurrence with this company. I never redirected my order. The package was deemed "undeliverable" and sent back to the company. After a long chain of very unhelpful emails, I still don't have my purchase or a refund.
This is the most unprofessional online company I have ever dealt with! I can only hope this issue will be resolved. I regret ever using it and will never user it again!

Answer: You gotta realise, wanelo isnt a shopping site, it just connects your site through their shopping gateway while wanelo collects money through affiliates. I dont think wanelo is even responsible for people who dont ship or cheat their customers.

Answer: Once you try to cancel you will not be able to they are going to do anything to keep you on ice because their intent is not to give you your money back and they will string you along hopefully you forget and say it's not worth trying to get it back.
