Honestly, I'm writing this with the hopes that someone from Wanelo will see this and actually help me with my order. I ordered an "Oversized Mystery Sweater" from a place called DirtySouthVintage on Wanelo, and it cost me 25$ (of which $10 was towards shipping). It took a month for me to get the sweater in the first place, and when I got it they gave me a super small sweater when I specifically asked for an XL because I wanted it very oversized, and also I'm 5'9". I returned it for an exchange because the store said that was alright, and now it has been another month and no one from both Wanelo or the store is getting back to my e-mails. I was still charged 25$ and have nothing to show for it. At this point I just want my money back and to move on with my life.
I'm never ordering from Wanelo again, and I advise anyone reading this not to as well!
I order a backpack for my grand daughter. My account was charged, then I received an email stating the backpack wasn't available. I did receive a refund less a processing fee. I question the fee and was told it was non refundable. I emailed them again asking why I should have to pay a processing fee when they could fulfill the order and no response. They also don't answer the phone.

Wanelo is a great app that allows you to access all of your favorite stores and all their products. However wanelo is not always 100% reliable. There are cases where the productsare nothing like they were portrade to look in photos. Sometimes they come broken or made very cheaply. On the other hand, most all products have reviews and pictures from people who already purchased that product, so you are able to see if its worth the money. For every person who has had a bad expirance with wanelo there is another who has had a great one with it. There are many cases where you purchase an amazing product and are completely satisfied. In general wanelo is a great app, just make sure you check reviews and make smart choices.
For this dress, I bought a Large, which fit just right. The material is fine underneath, but on the top, it is very itchy on the Sleeve's. It's not what I was imagining, but it was manageable.:)

I ordered clothes and jewelery from here for over $200 & its been 2 months and i never got them! I tried to request a refund but when i contacted wanelo they said i need to contact the store department and when i tried to look for the stores contact information it was nowhere to be found

I ordered a watch, they replied with a delivery date, which came and went. Emails were responded to occasionally, advising it was "on it's way".
They sent me a tracking code which showed it was in Norway, which doesn't help as I am in Australia. No reply since then.

Terrible, Spent $90+ (£75) on a 'handmade panic at the disco blanket 150cm. After a month I chase the order before xmas as it is a gift for my 11 year old son. The reply 'sorry it is hand made the delivery takes 2-3 weeks but thats AFTER it is made which they do not say on site. I figure I'll give it to him for his bday instead? 7 weeks later still, nothing. Repeated emails. Eventually I get a tracking number and follow it for a week and I come home to a poorly made 20cm cushion with a picture of a bird on it. That was 3 weeks ago and now I'm getting there out of office. Raised a claim with pay pal but who knows what happens next as I have never had to do so in my life. It is my sons birthday next month and I usually spend about £150 its what I can afford. I had to use his bday monday for Xmas and now he will have very little as I cannot afford. I'm disgusted.
I ordered here a few times. I just ordered some shoes and delivery date is showing next year so I wanted to cancel i was told I couldn't so I started a dispute with my bank the next day my account was closed and I received an email for a order on a belt that I also ordered saying it was canceled and I would be refunded. What happened to my other order my shoes?, now they deleted and blocked my account I can't see my passed history of orders
I placed my order Nov 30th. The shoes said 7-13 bussiness days. My items still have not shipped. I am stuck 3 days before Christmas with no shoes! I have sent 3 emails. The first email I got a response saying not to worry because my items have been shipped (which was false.) Do NOT order from this app or site. Find what you like and order elsewhere!

Wanelo is comprised of a lot of different vendors selling on the site. Wanelo isn't the store, wanelo is more like a network, like Amazon. The key is to find vendors that are real and actually have good products. I have ordered many things from the Wanelo site and most have been wonderful. There have been one or two vendors that I have dealt with that have been a pain. Right now I am in a dispute with TZARO jewelry but the ring was purchased from Wanelo. The problem isn't that Wanelo isn't sending your things or sending you crap, it's the individual vendors and you would get things done a lot faster if you tried hunting down the vendor contact info first. Wanelo is always there for me when I want to go shopping, but not leave the house or when I have a specific image for an outfit in my head, I can describe it in wanelos search option and find the perfect items!
HORRIBLE COMPANY! I would give a zero if I could.
I place 3 different orders about 6 months ago. I never received the items. I requested a refund for the items, considering their website states full refund for undelivered items. I have been asking for a refund since March 2023, no refund and still no items. They keep sending the same canned response saying they are waiting to hear from the seller. This is such Bu...it!
I did make the mistake of trusting this fraudulent site and spending a lot of money. I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake.

I have order three pairs of shoes from this app yess I received two pair that where not the size i order and never got my third pair. I have call several times and Left several emails so I know they know my number by now. So I'm going to file a dispute to get my money back for my third pair of shoes. But no if I were you WANELO is not the place to but from.

I first ordered from Wanelo a bit skeptical because it was online, and I couldn't try on the dress myself. However, they definitely delivered (no pun intended). The dress fits perfectly, it looks the same way it was advertised, and it came in 4 days! I was scared I wouldn't have enough time to see how it turned out for prom, but the timing was speedy (I have a week until prom still) and the dress itself was as I hoped.

Im litteraly in love with wanelo, its easy to work with, layout is great, there's so much cool stuff etc, etc.
There's one thing though. I live in Denmark, and even though the individual shops on wanelo does, the site doesn't ship outside the us, which for me (and my guess many others) is really frustating.
So please wanelo widden your range and ship to europe and the rest of the world!

I have been ordering from Wanelo for a long time never had a problem till now been emailing them about my products and all I get is we're on it we are going to get in touch with the seller never have I know this covid19 is got a lot of stuff down but damn at least tell me something it's been sense February
I actually brought alot of things so far I've received my Chanel sweater which is awesome the fit is great, the material is of good quality & the zippers on the side add and extra kick to the sweater, it'll be a great fall sweater when it's cold. I also received my gold arrow lariat necklace it's simple but cute i like it alot.
I ordered a i phone case because it had a beautiful bee in the front and lit looked like the be was made out of metal and attached. I received and it was just a picture on plastic. I didn't see the Gucci stamp nor did I care. I just thought it was beautiful and worth $51.94. It arrived and I was unhappy. I have contacted there costumer service 6 times to return for a refund. I have not received one reply
The products and shipping are both hit or miss. Sometimes its speedy other times its slow. I remember complaining about an order that I almost never got. After I complained to my bank though, I got my order shortley after (suspicious). Anyway, Wanelo canceled my account and said that I couldnt get it back unless I dropped the case with my bank and sent them my bank statement as proof. Creepy. Dont even waste your time with this site. You cant even contact the sellers personally and sometimes customer service doesnt reply. Yes its hit or miss but its not worth the risk and worry.
Really nice platform which I really wanted to love. Unfortunately, after almost two months of extremely slow costumer service, endless emails, vague and unhelpful answers, it's impossible for me to love them. Nice potential but you really need to pull yourself together and improve your site, your platform and your customer service.

Answer: You gotta realise, wanelo isnt a shopping site, it just connects your site through their shopping gateway while wanelo collects money through affiliates. I dont think wanelo is even responsible for people who dont ship or cheat their customers.

Answer: Once you try to cancel you will not be able to they are going to do anything to keep you on ice because their intent is not to give you your money back and they will string you along hopefully you forget and say it's not worth trying to get it back.
