I would give Walmart.ca 0 stars but there was no option to do so. After talking to 2 agents without any success, I decided to cancel my order. I called the third time and asked the Walmart agent (named (JR) to cancel my order after frustration. The agent promised that the order would be cancelled within 5 business days. The next day I received an email that the order was on its way for delivery after I thought it was cancelled. Called customer service again and spoke with Nina who said she would speak to the carrier to cancel the delivery. She never called us back. Now we made a 5th call to customer service to explain the order should have been cancelled. No luck. Now the delivery is on its way and I have to go through a whole new process till I get my refund. I will never order from Walmart again. We j stead placed the same order with Amazon without any issues - fast and reliable. DO NOT TRUST Walmart
On Black Friday, I ordered 4 items. Everything was fine, I received confirmation of said purchase in my email inbox saying it would ship shortly. Dec. 1 rolls around and still my order says "processing". I called to find out what was taking so long... and they told me they cancelled my order because my credit card didn't go through... total BS. Called the bank to find out from their end what was going on... they said there was never any problem and he said he sees this type of thing a fair amount. WTF. I called Walmart again and they said they would submit an email to a supervisor who would review the "case". I should expect an email in the next couple of days. Again, I don't believe a word their saying. Who knows how this will all turn out. I am not expecting them to honour my purchases, and will be shocked if they do. This is such a dishonest company. I will never buy from them again.
The customer service is absolutely terrible. You can't speak with anyone in Canada about your concerns. Representatives are rude, loud, and disrespectful! Maggie-PNM! And Ric*******! Should be retrained on customer service. Would not recommend using or applying for a Walmart card. There is no assistance and everyone will keep forwarding you to different departments. "Supervisors" are not trained and of no assistance to resolve yours issues. Walmart MasterCard rewards program is not worth the poor customer service to resolve ANY issue.
Happy to hear that Walmart does not price match anymore. This will now speed up check out lines. Too many unorganized people (looking for price match flyers) frustrate waiting customers trying to check out. Many unhappy penny collectors say that they won't shop at walmart anymore, thumbs up! Many have left their shopping carts at the line up including myself because of slow check out and have left the store. Sales will not drop, so go ahead coupon collectors and matchers, go aggravate others elsewhere if you must!
This is the second time I've ordered online from Walmart and the second time I've had to chase down my purchase. The first time it took 7 weeks to track down a digital thermometer, which eventually showed up damaged. This time was a Keurig coffee maker, which didn't show up at all. I wasted hours of my time following up with both TForce and Walmart (who basically accused me of lying), only to receive an email telling me they've reimbursed my money. No consideration for the time wasted or the fact that I still don't have my product. To make matters worse, I tried to fill out the satisfaction survey, only to find out it had already been completed! I've asked 3 times to have a manager contact me because I have concerns about Walmart filling out their own satisfaction reviews, but never heard back from anyone. A complete waste of time and a total scam. I have been a loyal Walmart customer for many years, but this is enough to make me never shop there again.
I'll never shop at Walmart again after being harassed at the front door to show my recipt. That was followed by the bouncer rummaging through my groceries. Unbelievable I felt like a criminal, no other store treats there customers like that. You should be ashamed Walmart, and you lost a customer
Ordered facial tissues online. After ordering, it was known that the sale was forwarded to a 3rd part seller who is probably a fraud. Walmart does not respond on phone or email. Seems walmart is part of this fraudulent scam.
Every time I just get 2/3 of my order items, and guess what? Apple, chicken breast and orange are marked in the unavailable items. It tried to make a complain online and i waited like hell on the chat que and no one gets back to me after my waiting time is over.
I dont know if the reason is the driver or bad management by walmart
I expected something better than that, I consider this kind of client service as DISRESPECT
Hope this online shopping service would be managed well giving more respect and commitment to client or to my opinion, this way they should stop this service

Ordered a desk. 2 days after expected delivery still no up to date delivery information still said expected delivery was 2 days prior. Customer service said escalation team would get back to me Tues or Wed next week. Today is friday and I am supposed to travel to another city to install this this weekend for my daughter in university. I asked to cancel order, they said that will also take until mid next week for escalation team to get back to me. Waiting 5-6 days does not feel like escalation it feels like neglect. I will never order from them again. Including will not shop there in person. Even their phone prompt experiene was crappy I couldn't hear what the person was saying for the prompts clearly then I could barely hear the agent and when he put me on old it was screaming loud music that was not even clear - fuzzy radio music. Disgusting! Terrible client experience.
We have purchased a camera lens and the third party seller(My Phone Accessories) in Walmart has never sent us the item and Walmart has done nothing after 2 months of following up and many escalations! Sick and tired of following ups and wasting our time. Closed our account and will never shop there at least never online!
Do NOT shop Walmart Online. Their deceptive practice will make it such that you CANNOT return any items over $150 past 30 days. However, no where on their website will they indicate transparently that it is the case. They will say it's 90 days return policy.
My first and last time buying from Walmart online. They allow scammers like unlimited cellular to sell products on their website. They don't deliver the product and when you call Walmart they direct your complaint to the seller which won't help you after that. They say it's been delivered to the post office without any proof. The manager at the post office says it's on the paper manifesto but the actual product is not scanned meaning that the product was not delivered. I've spend days and weeks now trying to get my product or a refund. Unlimited Cellular won't offer refund or product. I will be filing complaints against both Walmart and united cellular with the BBB.

Tried to get a pair of men's shoes... store employees standard answer... we know nothing about stock coming in and have no way of knowing what other stores have in stock. Tried to order through website... showing item but cannot order it... called Walmart customer service... answer... we can only help you after you order the item... very frustrating experience... anyways went to anther store and bought not 1 pair of shoes but 2 pairs... great customer service from Walmart... it is the perfect way to lose customers.
I was in Walmart upper James and fennel Saturday aug 22 I asked 3 different staff but no help I found it myself the back splash. I was laughing to myself and as two associates walked by I laughed great customer service the customer has to find it themselves. The sales associate said well if you don't like the service get out of the store and as the other guy went into the back room said it loud enough for me to hear called me $#*!. I worked retail and if I had done this I would not have a job to go to. Head office was no help and the store told me they were talked to but head office knew nothing of this. This store has changed dramatically in 2 years and staff was wonderful but now seems they are too bored to help customers.
So I wanted to create a shopping list of merchandise I need. The online system is so stupid it can't tell me what's in stock or not. To add insult to injury they want to charge me delivery charges and the items only go to the store. A mattress delivery charge to the store was $150 and became cheaper else ware. So Walmart has horrible customer service as the mattress would be your problem to return. So where's the service. Where's the technology that tells you inventory? Only additional charges for doing business with. Items are cheap else where with better service. So Walmart's management is way behind the times.
If i could give zero i would--why do you give a delivery date and then not have it delivered- next day still not delivered- your tracking does not work and the online help is not working either. Walmart i will never order anything for delivery from you again---wonder how long i will be waiting?
I ordered 12 drinking glasses and only received 11. I know it sounds trivial, but I want the other glass, they were expensive. There were no broken bits, just an empty space in the box. I called, and called, and CALLED. After a week I got an email stating that my issue had been resolved, I should package up the 11 glasses in the original box and bring them back to walmart for a refund. Sheesh. I had already recycled the packaging and washed the glasses and used them. They are ghosting me now. I'm not satisfied with their customer service.
UPDATE: I nagged some more and then took a break to regroup. Guess what? Today a mystery package arrived with 1 glass in it! They never said a word, just sent it to me. Chalk up a win for the stubborn senior who doesn't like to get hosed by walmart!
Awful service. No response on a purchase I have not received. Item coming from 3rd party out of country. I assumed this item was already in Canada. I didn't find this out until after the purchase was final. With everything going on in the world, I knew it could have been held up in customs or shipping. Now I am stuck with an order in limbo and no one returning my emails.
I am waiting months for a simple item ordered from Walmart Canada. They refuse to refund my money and have sent an email to the seller, probably all the way in China. The seller of course doesn't want to refund and claims it has been shipped. Meanwhile they hold my money for a non delivered item. It is not reasonable to wait for months.
Answer: Choose menu option 1 for grocery order and customer service will answer. Discovered in frustration, was going to say oops and ask for transfer to human but no need.
Answer: They appeared to have a patio table to fit on our balcony. The delivered item was a bigger size which did not fit. We have been unable to return it although we cannot use it and it us bigger than advertised.
