Purchased a bike for delivery. They took my money but their carrier doesn't deliver to rural addresses. Now they won't give a refund. No bike, no refund. Customer service just tells me to return the bike I didn't get. They even sent me a request to review the bike I didn't receive!
Safety complaints about what they sell are not taken seriously and every level of customer service encountered is consistently and disgustingly incompetent and disinterested. They block bad reviews of unsafe products.
Please do not make the mistake of purchasing from Walmart online. Cancelled part of the order without explanation. Waited weeks for another part of the order with no explanation or timelines for the delays. Received literally copied and paste responses by email. Customer service by phone was unable to assist to any degree. Spent more time chasing my order only for it to be cancelled weeks later. Absolutely terrible service. Never buy from here.
So disappointed with Walmart customer service. The worst ever! I made an online order but returned all as soon as I picked them up. Walmart hasn't made full return yet. Walmart still owes me $20. Walmart sent me a foot cleaner that had someone else's dry skin all over the inside of the wrecked box! The box was missing a piece to change the emery pad and the one page in the instructions that has that tool! Nothing was sealed! I phone them and got a guy who can't speak English with attitude! The product was used obviously and I get attitude in the middle of COVID 19 from a sent from CHINA product that's used, has dry disgusting skin in it and missing a tool and parts of the instructions! They sent me a used item with flakes of skin in it! Watch what you buy from this garbage unsafe company! Bloody gross! And Sick!
I bought an item from a 3rd party seller. The company shipped the wrong product, charged me shipping fees. I was able to return the item to walmart physical store but was left with shipping fees that were not refunded. What a scam! And to top this off, there is no mean to post on walmart.ca website...
I would give 0 rating if I could! I ordered a head and scalp massager price was $30.30 Thinking it was better quality than most. I receive it a month and a half later and it's the exact same one that is in the center of Isle of Walmart for $2.00. Im disgusted in Walmarts POOR CHOICE of product sales and how they could possibly allow this to happen.

I ordered 3 of the same Halloween items $50 each. They shipped and charged me for 5. I didn't like what I had ordered so I went to return them. They only let me return the 3 that I ordered. I showed the store my VISA which confirmed that I had been charged for 5. Have spent multiple hours on the phone with customer service. After many weeks I have not been able to return the items that I didn't order but were charged for. I did not authorize a charge for the other 2. Notifying VISA that I did not authorize the charges. People on customer service lied about the status of my case repeatedly. Honestly the anxiety of dealing with these so called customer service employees is sad. They really are pathetic. Had to give 1 star because there is no option for zero stars
Bought some undergarment items from Walmart online. Found out that one of my orders, George Men's Woven Boxers 3-Pack were small size. I never ordered small size because I only use large size and I was thus surprised to receive a small size item from Walmart. I took it back to Walmart Customer Service but was told to call a toll- free number which kept on singing to my ears with no one answering.
I then went on line to my account and to my surprise the George's Boxers was the only items out of the all my order that is not eligible for return Walmart did not give any reason for this policy. This is the first time that I will experience this type of bad customer service from Walmart and I will advice online shoppers to stay away from Walmart. I mean you have to keep your customers happy but that does seem to be the policy at Walmart.
I went to mspleviee Walmart in barrie on aug 27 at around 3. I had my service dig with me as I have have had 4 rods and 14 bolts in my back. Painful. I asked if there were small carts and no one looked, then I asked for any cart. I asked a women and young man to help as they worked there but they told me to go get one in parking lot. Wow. Red was the colour I saw.
Just to let you know language was a barrier and lack of training. I asked customer service and they gladly got me one. Thank you. I was going to leave

My husband bought Tylenol with codone in Wawa for $13.00. An elderly friend with severe arthritis asked me to pick her some up when I went to Thunder Bay store 1166. They charged $24.97 for identical products. Price gouging at its finest! Beware people.
Tried to purchase a gazebo online. Walmart.ca price shows 298.00 but note below shows available at store location near me. For 198.00 pick up in store. Unable to order online for pick up at that lower price. Called both stores and offered to pay for it before pick up, as its 100km round trip to both store. Needed to know if can put aside and offered to pay for it before making the trip in to pick up. SORRY unable to do that. Called customer complaints thinking they would understand the issue. Sadly not. Can't believe a company like Walmart unable to take phone orders. Web site only offers 298.00 price. Even when picked up at store. Where website shows are on sale for 198.00. Price of gas lately… I'm sure I'm not the only person that has same issue..
Even one star is too much for them! Whole walmart.ca system is wrong and they can't get anything right. Every single time that I ordered, something went wrong and their horrible customer service are not willing to help and don't care about customers. Specially if you buy something from third party then they don't want to take any responsibilty inspite of shopping was done from walmart site.

The item I ordered did not arrive. When looking at Walmart website; item shows as delivered. When I looked up using the shipping tracking number, it was for an item/location that was not mine and was over a year old. Phoned Walmart and they told me to contact the seller. I emailed the seller ( Choice Computer Technologies) and did not hear back. Phoned Walmart again a week later and resubmitted an email contact to the seller. This was been going on for over a month now. The call center for Walmart is in India and their customer service is worst I have ever seen. Keep you on hold; hang up on you; have language barriers and even their supervisors/managers are absolutely not knowledgeable. This will be my last online purchase I ever make through Walmart. Very, very sad.
I ordered 3 DVD stands at 99.00 each, order accepted shipped but no address on items, so returned and credit to my account after I emailed and said return items not a credit. Third party seller at fault they say by Walmart, bull$#*! same company. Told me I had to reorder but now the price is 162.96 from same seller. What a scam, Walmart management should be charged with fraud and jailed. I will NEVER shop at WALMARTS again.

I usually go through the self-serve checkout usually because there is always a line up at the regular cashiers. Probably because there is not enough staff.
After scanning my items and then parceling everything myself. The computer asks how was my service?
I laugh every time because basically there is no service. But the thing that bothers me the most is even after I check myself out and parcel they still want me to pay 5 cents for a bag.
I think at least after they save all that money on not hiring a cashier to do the work at least they could throw in a free bag or two.
Answer: Choose menu option 1 for grocery order and customer service will answer. Discovered in frustration, was going to say oops and ask for transfer to human but no need.
Answer: They appeared to have a patio table to fit on our balcony. The delivered item was a bigger size which did not fit. We have been unable to return it although we cannot use it and it us bigger than advertised.
