Ntftytn.shop is a scam site putting a web page over legitimate sites. I ordered three large items. They went as far having a tracking number to get a cheap little elastic knee support brace delivered. So they were trying to delay for time to keep money.

Tip for consumers:
Be very care when buying online.

Products used:
Non. Total scam site. Don't use ntftytn.shop. Most of the .shop sites are scams. Same issue homeandkitchen.shop.

I purchased stock from Bed Bath and Beyond through ABT* homeandkitchenshop.com but it's an illegal site. The email contact was *******@xuhiese.com which is another scam. Sad to say asiabill direct processed the transaction and they wouldn't respond. I thought I was dealing with Bed Bath and Beyond only to find out it's a scam.

Tip for consumers:
Scammers put a page over legal sites.

None. Never recieved my purchase.

Not very professional. Lack ability to contact anyone. Not service oriented.

I ordered 2 portable GE Air Conditioners through Walmart on June 9th. Delivery was just 21 but Amazon could deliver them by June 15. GE's tracking service didn't work. Even though I called in advance to make sure they were in-stock June 21 turned into June 24 and it's now June 27 and still no a/c units. On top of that they can't even deliver a product on time but the price dropped in the meantime and they wouldn't do anything about the price. Please buy from reputable people as both Walmart and GE were useless.

So I wanted to create a shopping list of merchandise I need. The online system is so stupid it can't tell me what's in stock or not. To add insult to injury they want to charge me delivery charges and the items only go to the store. A mattress delivery charge to the store was $150 and became cheaper else ware. So Walmart has horrible customer service as the mattress would be your problem to return. So where's the service. Where's the technology that tells you inventory? Only additional charges for doing business with. Items are cheap else where with better service. So Walmart's management is way behind the times.

Buyer beware. Poor management practices.

Their products are terrible and customer service even worse. The cooling coil had to be changed because of manufacturing defects and I had to pay for installation in less than a year for their defects. Also the thermostat was defective. Also Ace Plumbing and Heating didn't get a electrical permit and illegal wired the heat pump. Also I had a rebate which they didn't honour. Go to Trane. I really regret not going to Trane as they are professional.

Tip for consumers:
Run from Carrier and go to Trane. Their products and service is far superior.

I bought a Garmin Nuvi 50lm with life time maps. I had to buy an SD card right away because the Garmin didn't even have enough memory to do an update. Then they wouldn't honor they life time maps. The wonderful product I used 4 times is garbage and so is Garmin.

To honor there policy of lifetime free maps

Scotiabank had a chance to get some of my business but they weren't smart enough to have Colpatria, a bank owned by Scotiabank on it's preferred banks for reduced ATM fees. Scotiabank is not bright in figuring out competitive advantages.

Ask a lot of questions.

I stayed with my bank. Scotiabank could have had a competitive advantage because they have banks in Canada and Colombia.

I will never buy another thing from Crappy tire. I had tires mounted by crappy tire and I had to go some where else to get them redone. Never balanced the tires. There mechanics are a bunch of kids with a head mechanic certified so they are not very good. Also bought back my battery for a core refund but they wouldn't do anything even though it still had the motomaster stickers all over it. Horrible service. Never again.

Go to an ethical company. Run!

It is amazing that Air Canada like most airlines are crying for business. Just before I left Colombia, I ended with Omnicron so I had to change my flight. I couldn't believe that AirCanada almost doubled my cost for a just a return flight. So they don't help but hinder people. On top of rescheduling and almost paying the full price of a return ticket, Air Canada screwed up didn't notify LATAM of the ticket change and they wouldn't give me my ticket. The sad fact is that I had confirmed the flight and showed them my itinary but that still wasn't good enough. LATAM'S help desk was useless. It wasn't until 4 other passanger's were booked on the same flight in the same situation did they react. So not only did I almost pay twice as much for a return ticket I also had to fight to get on my plane.

Tip for consumers:
Be very careful and ask what they will do if you get covid.

My LATAM leg of my air Canada flight was cancelled by LATAM from Medellin to Bogota. The new schedule was a day earlier. When I arrived at the airport 3 hours before my flight time, LATAM wouldn't accept the flight change even though I was confirmed on the flight. How was I suppose to take a cancelled flight? They almost destroyed all my other flights because of there stupidity, lack of logic and unwillingness to help. At least 2 other people were booked on the exact flight. Horrible customer service.

My laptop crashed when I was just making sure I would get updates from Intel. Tried to use Microsoft online process. I can't receive text message do to no cellphone to get code. Use backdoor to Microsoft which was a waste of time. Microsoft sent me to Dell who was even worse.

Tip for consumers:
Go for a Chromebook instead. They are incredible. Faster, easier to use, safer, more reliable.

Products used:
So I have an expensive Dell laptop I can't use. I was trying to make sure everything was ready for Windows 11. Go for a Chromebook..It is much better by far. Quicker, easier, more reliable.

I needed help because my inability to communication with Microsoft. So I was send to just answered.com without knowing. They were very polite and after understanding my issue they sent me a credit card sign up for $2. Then I noticed off to the side that you'll get a reoccuring $66 a month charge so your actually sign up for a service without knowing. This should be illegal.

Tip for consumers:
It is the usual scam these days.Pay a small fee and find out you getting a monthly bill without knowing.

None I backed because of the monthly charge without knowing.

I tried to reload Intel automatic updates. This shouldn't have crash my system but did. Tried to communication with Microsoft but it's impossible. There system asks to send a text to a cellphone but I don't have a cellphone. Not bright enough to send an email and they are supposedly a technology company. What a joke.

Go but Chromebooks to send a message.

Ace Plumbing and Heating is the worst company I ever dealt with. They installed a heat pump and burnt my lino floor. I had to have them back several times because the job was so poor. They illegally wired my heat pump and I had to take them to court. The carrier heat pump is another piece of crap as the cooling coil was garbage and the thermostat had to be changed because it was crap. Please find an ethical company. Plus their customer service manager was found guilty of murder and their owner never took responsibility for the damages they did.

Running from this company and find an ethical company.

Booked flight and insurance April 23 with Cheapoair. Flight canceled April 26 for June 5 flight with COPA from Colombia to Kelowna. April 26 completed on line info. As only form of cantact to rebook. Message back will contact by phone within a few days. Emailed Customer Service answer was will contact shortly April 27. Now May 4th no contact. STATUS UPDATE 60 days later no refund now told to deal with Copa. DO NOT DEAL WITH CHEAPOAIR. They are liars.
