Ordered FSA eligible items on 12/27/12, they canceled my order on 1/9/13. When called, apologized and said can not do anything. Because of them lost over $300.
Please stay away or take extra precaution if you are ordering last minute like I did.
I have been using drugstore for years - their prices are often unbeatable, quick shipping, free shipping - the way they pack things could really be better (glass or breakables should be individually wrapped) but other than that - I will keep coming back..
Lindell Walgreens has 0 customer respect or service. They do not even answer the phone sometimes. They cannot find prescriptions and have terrible management.

Never received packaged, when I checked tracking information provided, it showed that package is delivered, I contacted customer service with reference number, and point-blank they refused to help because of the tracking info.
They didn't care since they had full payment that's why I recommend (presspharmacyshop.com) for their legit work.
How bad can one place be? They shorted me on rx more than once. They are quick to imply you must be lying when they screw up. They had TWO accounts for same person which was dangerous and confusing to say the least. They were ready to give a family member the wrong vaccine but I stopped them. They rarely answer the phone, then are often rude. They never communicate if there's a problem. NEVER trust the automated service. It's almost always wrong. They're usually out of stock on meds but this time told me they'd order it, then didn't, then told me to call around and find stock because they're "too busy to find out". Wow. Done. I would have left before but I had SO many accounts. Guess what? I just transferred ALL of them. Goodbye Walgreens :(
There are no difficulties that this online pharmacy won't bend over backwards for to help you. I especially like their free shipping. Once I got some products damaged by rain, [shipper's fault, UPS] and I got another extra box with 2X the number of products found in the first damaged package. Check them out!
I come here every 10 days or so to purchase Claritin D. I understand you have to show a license and I do every time but the customer service I received today made me feel like a criminal. I asked a few basic questions about how much I can buy at once and if there was an alternative for a prescription that I could ask my doctor about and the tech was rude, short, and gave me misinformation saying I shouldn't take it daily. My doctor has approved me for this daily since it's the only thing that helps me breath after multiple surgeries and extreme allergies. If you hate your job, please quit and find something more suitable that doesn't deal with the public.
There is nothing sadder than a pharmacy that won't fill a prescription for a rescue inhaler because they contacted the wrong doctor. Time & air wasted but on the other hand l was very happy with my order l placed with (presspharmacyshop.com) this guys are 95% legit and the got a great customer service will definitely use them all time thanks.

Be careful when choosing to use Walgreens for your COVID testing; they just called to cancel mine and my GF's appointments that were scheduled to be done in a few hours. I canceled an at home test to have it done with them since I was confirmed just to be left with no options. I received emails and text confirmations about the tests all the way through today just to receive a call saying they had to cancel many of the tests because an employee called out. I requested another location or alternative and they simply told me they could only suggest other places that do testing; basically a simple web search. Absolutely poor business practice to leave clients to fend for themselves.
My husband and I would periodically order our vitamins, emergency supplies (i'm extremely clumsy and so bandaids and antibiotic ointments are a must and often to be refilled) and skin care on drugstore.com. It's relatively fast shipping and it saved us a trip to our near by drug store. And the great thing about them is that you can find extra coupon savings by simply doing a quick search online and they always have some kind of promotion going on at all times... great savings and convenient.
Their customer service is pretty good, the wait time is decent but once they're on the phone with you, you're golden. There was a single time (out of all the times we've ordered from them) that they missed 1 item from our order and they immediately shipped it out the next day after I called to informed them with no hassle.
They take forever to arrive, forever to verify your subscription. And if ever anything happens so that you need assistance you won't get it, as their customer support and customer relations teams are surprisingly unhelpful/seem totally disinterested in helping customers. Use any other contact lense provider instead.
I am a long time customer of Walgreens (not sure why) and always run into issues when getting prescriptions filled due to an illness. Seems their online prescription system doesn't receive what is sent from the doctors office and/or a terrible wait time. Yesterday I had issues picking up flu meds and today the same for my husband. We had to drive back to urgent care and get his prescription in paper because their system wasn't working. I will be changing pharmacies for sure. Enough is enough.
Ordered a pair of prescription glasses early December as a Christmas gift for my niece. Glasses were tagged as fast shipping, which means shipped in 3-5 days. No contact from vision direct for 7 days so I contacted them to see what was going on. The person I spoke to didn't know but assured me they would ring back in 24-48 hours. No phone call, so I contacted them again only to be told the glasses I ordered were discontinued! Left without a gift for my niece for Christmas. Devastated!
Customer service is appalling as all the conversations are scripted and e mails proformas? Don't deal with them... you will be definitely left disappointed!
Buyer beware! Getting my contacts through Walgreens has been a awful experience! I recieved a damage order. The lenses did not even last one month I paid for a 6 month supply. After I called I was told they would replace the order. I waited several weeks, And they only replaced half of the order. After wasting my time on the phone for hours, With their very rude representatives and so called supervisors I just gave up. I have spent a lot of money at Walgreens it stops today never again! Worse customer experience of my life! Anybody that orders Contact lenses from Walgreens is wasting their money & time! The supervisors refused to give me their name, Very rude and talk over you.
This is a good company and I've shopped with them for years. Even though a big order comes in 6 different boxes the shipping is the same, Free over $35.00.
All products have never been used or opened unlike those at times from Walmart and in the days of covid. That means a lot.

Horrible service, extremely sllooowwwww shipping, messed up my payment. Placed my order on 9/19/11, it is now 10/3 and I still have not received my order. I was told it would be shipped a week ago. I called today only to find out that a tracking # would be provided tonight for tomorrow's shipping. I should have reviewed this co before I gave them my money. They offered free shipping & a discount, so I guess I got what I paid for. I will gladly pay more next time to have efficient, timely service, along with customer service that knows their job.
Needed certain beauty stuff but the usual place I buy it from was out of stock. Went to Walgreens online since we don't have one and ordered what I needed right away. Took 2 days and I got my stuff. Now that's fast! Need better promo codes though. I usually use honey and it couldn't find a promo code to save me some money. I'll definitely order from them again if I have to. :)

When they use OnTrac shipping, your package will arrive in 2 days, very fast! But they sometimes use UPS Ground shipping, which is SLOW and takes like a week. So I try not to order pricy skincare items from them, as if it takes a week to ship and is subject to lots of heat and adverse weather conditions, it can reduce the effectiveness of the skincare product.
However for my sunscreen, vitamins, shampoo/conditioner and other such basic items, drugstore.com is my choice. Cheap and reliable :) Oh by the way, their customer service is excellent.
Answer: Absolutely not. Bottom of the line products marked up. Corporate concentrates solely on cutting costs, stock prices and separating as many suckers as possible from their money.
