This is almost always the lowest price, but when they box up your order, there isn't padding, so everything gets beat up. It's ok if you are just ordering cotton balls.
Decent prices and super-fast delivery. Cool cash-back program where a % of your purchase goes towards future purchases (free money is a very good thing). I get my protein bars from here every month.

Two of the rudest human beings that I've ever come across in the 21 countries that I've stepped foot in and lived in over the years work in the store.
I actually tried to reach the CEO Roz Brewer but she never got back to me.
Twice in under 3 weeks I've walked into this building and have been treated like a piece of garbage. Even today a very calm Martha who was trying to help me ignored this nasty woman who I believe is called Catherine (or Christine) who was treating me with complete and utter disrespect.
Why companies employ individuals like this I will never know.
Complaints were filed to corporate and also to the district manager to which nothing has changed unfortunately.
I love Drugstore.com. Always pleased and like the fact that I can find things there that other stores don't carry or have stopped carrying. Speedy shipping etc. Prices are good as well.

Introduced by my friends and I went to this site, the goods esp. The cosmetics always have a special discount. Oh I love shopping in here. But it only allows paypal&visa card. Well. A bit hard
I did business with Drugstore and was very satisfied, the only reason I switched to Walgreens who I am also very satisfied with is that Drugstore raised its free shipping where you have to buy $35 worth of merchandise and Walgreens is $25. Otherwise I was very satisfied with the merchandise and the service & deliveries.
When a favorite shampoo or lipstick is discontinued, many times, this is where I find it. Always brand new products in original packaging and just as I ordered.
I recommend going elsewhere for COVID-19 Testing. In my case, I'll never know for sure whether I had COVID-19 because NONE of the PCR tests I took through Walgreens seem to have reached the lab when I was ill. All were lost. Even if this is a problem with the lab itself (AEGIS in Tennessee), it is Walgreens's responsibility to find a solution. Please do not end up in the same situation as I did: Avoid Walgreens and get your test at a clinic.
A few years ago I ended up in the ER with one of my 3 year olds. She ended up needing amoxicillin. So I drove through a Walgreens pharmacy maybe 15 minutes before closing time (on our way home) and the lady was SUPER rude. I had union insurance and she said she wouldn't take it. She also couldn't control the nastiness in her voice or her eye roll.
I had to speed across town and drag my poor sick child into a riteaid (which those people were awesome). They were closing, they didn't take union insurance either, however they said I could pay out of pocket. I asked how much. Do you know what they told me? EIGHT DOLLARS! That lady made me nearly miss another pharmacy for a THREE YEAR OLDS medication for EIGHT dollars! She had pneumonia! I paid more in gas and risked more for a ticket trying to get an EIGHT DOLLAR prescription.
I ordered vitamins Perfect Prenatal Vitamins and received them on time and the price was pretty affordable. They had a 10% off coupon but less than $60
You better not have a problem... customer service is lacking. I called with an order issue. I basically was told that I was confused and entered my order wrong. The most important rule I've learning in my 20 years of customer service is 'the customer is always right, even when wrong'. The rep i spoke to was rude, impatient, unwilling to help or even really look into my issue, and certainly not wanting to keep my business. I have a $50 weekly order. Given that he really didn't care about my issue, I asked to speak with his supervisor. He left me on hold for for an extremely long time, then came back laughing off that a manager was not available. I then asked to speak with another representative, at which he answered - quote - "you will just have to call back then." After he hung up on me, I did follow his instruction and called back. I spoke to a new rep who was so great and helpful. She was able to resolve my issue so quickly and to my satisfaction. It's amazing how much better an issue can be with simple kindness. Honestly, if it was not for her I would not be returning for more orders and drugstore.com would have lost a customer (and my friends!). They really need to focus on customer service. From other reviews, I see this is a trend.
Horrible customer service. Waited 26 minutes for the pharmacy to answer the phone. I was told that they have 10 customers in line. Why have a phone if you simply ignore it?
Answer: Absolutely not. Bottom of the line products marked up. Corporate concentrates solely on cutting costs, stock prices and separating as many suckers as possible from their money.
