I'm extremely upset and disappointed with the pharmacy at this location. This is the second time I've driven an hour to pick up my medication, only to find the pharmacy closed with no pharmacist on duty — despite receiving a message that it was ready for pickup. There was no notification, no signage, and no courtesy update. This is unacceptable, especially when people rely on timely access to their prescriptions. I'm transferring my medication to my local CVS and will be sharing my experience with others. The lack of reliability and communication at this pharmacy is unprofessional and harmful. I wish i could rate them less than 1 star!
I like them. They're convenient to find when you need a pharmacy. Convenience stops are consistently reliable experiences. Too often, I see prescriptions that should be ready but are not in stock or available in partial amounts from what my friends tell me. I just needed cough medicine that day, but they usually have a list of needs. Poor communication and attempts to clarify or resolve problems with staff have led to dead ends. These are my major stress points.
They are the worst pharmacy that I ever had to deal with they can't even have your medicine when you go to pick it up they do not care about there patients they lie to me so many times said they weren't excepting paper scripts when my Dr has a stamp that he can fill them at any pharmacy they tell me they have my medicine I get there on we don't have them in stock than they tell me can't fill my scripts because I went somewhere else well of course I did you told me you didn't have them in stock I would rather filly script fill there than go to the other pharmacy and pay 315 because they don't take insurance so don't you think that if they fill them there I would go to Walgreens and get them filled for free they do not care that you been on that medicine for 15 yrs or longer and can't go without I call corporate and they said they get back with me in two days never did they are just has bad I was filling my scripts there for over 10 or 15 yrs no problem and now Iam having problems I told them I would be glad to take all my scripts and fill them there but they say don't have them in stock so I had no choice I am on disability I can't afford 315 so I chose to starve and go without things I did or pay just to get my scripts that cost me 315 they are so non caring people they rather you die than give your scripts
For the third time they told me my meds weren't in stock. Could only give me a couple of pills - when I asked why this was such a consistent problem the pharmacist said "because we don't make any money off of you, in fact we are losing money because of Medicare so we prefer you go elsewhere" it appears that they had the drugs, but were making it hard so they could sell them to someone else with private insurance for more money. This was at the Edina Walgreens in York Ave.
Walgreens makes a fortune selling cards, including alleged VISA cards, Google play, etc., etc. when those cards are actually forgeries and theft scams. Walgreens makes tens of millions with their commissions and the $6 charge added to the cost of each fake card, and when you call Walgreens ten times trying to get help getting your money back, Walgreens transfers you to some number in Asia where no one speaks English or Walgreens customer service disconnects you with their vile malice and giggles, knowing you are just one more of their millions of victims. What a terrible ESG and DEI company that hates Americans. Can we hope Walgreens goes under.
They cheated me out of my money and didn't respond to anything after that. My experience was awful. Then I came across Joren Vale, and he's been the exact opposite. He responds quickly, provides a price list, and delivers high-quality products on time.
They are nothing more than crooks. Absolute Untrustworthy. Avoid these people or you will regret like i did. Now i get my product from joren Vale and haven't faced a single issue as of now.He is 100% trustworthy.
SHE SEEMS TO WORK AT EVERY PHARMACY IN AND AROUND ROCKY MOUNT.CINDY THE PHARMACIST IS THE WORST AND SHOULD NEVER WORK AS A PHARMACIST!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Last month I submitted a new script & told it was early. They'd remind me when it could be filled.
For weeks I keep getting reminders saying I have a prescription that needs a refill. They probably discarded the early prescription.
Another prescription was out of stock without giving me a hint when it would be restocked.
THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAD HAPPENED.
The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing.
They don't deserve 1 star. I get so aggravated using their pharmacy. Every month I have to tell them to use a coupon on file. Do not submit to insurance. Every month they submit to insurance. It's upsetting to every month have to deal with these stupids.
Pharmacy takes pride in hiring people that are the most dumb!
I spent hours, but could not get a small order through their website. Like CVS, there are many repetitive sign in requests, and repetitive requests to pick a store location. At the very end I was asked to provide "contact information" as if that hadn't already been done. Their system said it did not sell toilet paper or paper towels, which of course it does. It's possible that small food items in the store, like small bags of chips, are not on the website. At the end of the process it just got stuck in a loop and would not move forward.
The App wasn't better than the web version for me. It was possibly worse.
I will say, Walgreens has some good employees and other virtues. This review is for the website.
We're suppose to be able to use our otc card online they are refusing! This is HORRIBLE why what's the problem. Customer service saying they have not added it yet,but I can use it in the store I will not!
I will never shop here again, and I'm moving my prescriptions. I have received 4 identical emails from Jill, from the 21st to the 1st. Jill is obviously a bot.
Customer service chat promised a refund within 3 business days….a week ago.
How did we get here? Walgreens changed my delivery order time, and split it into 3 orders. New time? When I was at work the next day. I reach out to chat to cancel. They tell me to call the store. The store claims to have cancelled. Next morning, I receive an email that 2 of the 3 parts that they split my order into have been delivered. One is nowhere to be found. The second is perishable. I use chat, and am told that they tried to refund it all, but the status is still pending for 2 of the 3 parts that they split it into. They have to open a case to refund the tip. It stays pending for a week. They tell me to return it in store. I go to the local store, and the girl with the 4 inch glitter nails and miles of attitude refuses the return, and tells me to take it back to the store that it came from. Which is nowhere near there, 4 cities away. I contact chat, who again says they can't refund because it's pending. In the meantime I get these emails from Jill the bot, "Sr specialist centralized services, with the same copy and paste. When it is finally not pending a day or two later, I contact them again. They said they can refund right? Nope. They said it needed "manager approval". I tell them I'm reporting it as fraud, and they promise a refund in 3 business days. Who refunded me after 5 business days? PayPal. Then they send me the same copy and paste from "Jill" that's they're working on it. Their chat workers will say "you're welcome" after you say "ok"
This is bottom barrel.
I have had rudeness and incompetence at the last two pharmacies, where the same girl insisted I had no prescriptions and she couldn't find my name- 4 different times, said that GoodRX didn't work with their pos (lie)and and the second lied to me about a price difference and overcharged me. Now this? I'm happy to change to CVS. Walgreens should be embarrassed by their employees.
I am not waiting on a refill. These are 3 new prescription. I'm quite sick. They were sent in at 8:30 am. At 11am they said another 45 minutes. At 2:15 they said another 1/2 hour, when I tried to explain that 1 persc I didn't need today the rude woman hung up on me!
So I set up an online account with Walgreens, Name, address, valid debit card number, so I could get certain things delivered without having to drive into town. I'm semi-retired and on Medicare and I have the OTC Network card with a set amount on it every quarter. I heard Walgreens was the best place to use that card, hence the online account. I placed an order today for approximately $53, then entered the OTC Network account number and placed the order. My bank sent me a notice that a business I haven't done business with just extracted money from my personal bank account. I immediately called customer service to to cancel that order, now this all took place in a matter of 4-5 minutes, I was told it was already processed and there was nothing I could do except wait for it to be delivered. I will wait, then do a return. I'm just saying to all you retirees that if you have an OTC Network card, do not order online from Walgreens, go to their store if you like shopping there, I don't, never have, but a friend suggested I should. Some friend, huh? I wish I could give them less than 1 star.
Everytime, I go to Walgreens in WillsPoint, I have issues, maybe they're afraid to fill pain meds. Maybe they can't read, tell time., who knows. It's not Rocket Science, Bass Rutledge in Terrell, Tx. Pull up give them your birthdate, pay for your scripts.Your outta there in less than 3 minutes. You'd be doing yourself a favor, not dealing with employees who have a script in front of them telling how to do there job.
I've written to Walgreens "contact us ". I've spoken with my local Walgreens. I'm done. This is the last prescription I will get from Walgreens. They tell me that this is the smallest bottle they can fit this little bit of pills into. The SMALLEST. We all know, there are smaller bottles available. I've peeled the labels off & put the pills in much smaller bottles, but then I still have to dispose of this huge waste of hard plastic. No more. Be a better business to this planet!
Shopping at about half of the Walgreens, an employee runs for a side or rear door and creates a fast, automatic door slam noise. When it's supposed to be a gentle store that sells drugs to old people, I feel under pressure like a target and am worried about violence. The headquarters cannot afford security at the bad stores. I hope they close Walgreens and let CVS be the main drug store.
Walgreens is the most convenient to my home and they usually have what I need. I did however find out recently that my prescriptions would be lower at a different pharmacy.
I remember going to their pharmacy and they had knowledge on the drugs I wanted to pick up. Also their staff were very friendly and didn't stop smiling at me till I left.
I sent this message via email and received no response. Then I contacted customer service named Shawna, she did not help me in any way and after telling her this, she closed the session.
Answer: Absolutely not. Bottom of the line products marked up. Corporate concentrates solely on cutting costs, stock prices and separating as many suckers as possible from their money.
