Mark J. With VividSeats was an absolute blessing. I spent hours trying to find NFL, NHL & NBA tickets that could be used for a raffle in two cities in Florida. I was extremely frustrated on my own but got ahold of Mark and all my worries were over. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, customer service oriented and driven to make the experience as easy as possible.

We purchased Philadelphia Sixers tickets for Nov. 10 in August. First, we couldn't access the tickets until October which I thought was weird. Second, we got the game and they told us the tickets were in use. We went the box office where they confirmed this and told us not to trust any site except Stub Hub. Third, it's impossible to get in touch with an actual human. They have such a run around system you keep getting the same messages despite which area you choose to go on the phone. Fourth, they claimed they'd investigate, but they kept trying to call my wife when she was at work, she left messages asking for a call back at another time, they refused to do so and then kept sending e-mails with automated responses that basically left you with nothing. Do not recommend.

Maybe I am just the (un)lucky buyer. I bought 8 seats to the NHL Winter Classic 2020. Vivid will NOT provide me an e-ticket via their app. They have only sent me a link to download the PDFs. Well, I can't validate these are legit, and I'd rather not find out the day of the event at the Cotton Bowl.

I promised 4 of them for sale BEFORE buying off Vivid, but no other reseller will recognize or list them. AND VIVID REFUSES TO SELL THEM FOR ME EITHER!

So, I can't sell them, I can't validate them, but I'm out over $1,000!

Vivid chat says "they're fine." Seatgeek and Stubhub says "not."

I was needing to order a few giftcards and did not want to pay the fee of shipping per giftcard and they waived the fee and just charged me for one. All I had to do was call and they did it perfectly! Chris helped me out and it was great!

Horrible service. I couldn't find my tickets the day of the concert so I tried to chat online and it was no help. The 1st customer service rep hung up in my face. The 2nd customer service rep started the "refund process". A few days later another customer service rep called and said the Refund was denied. I called and spoke to another customer service rep and they finally told me how to search for the tickets in my email. I will never use them again. Ironically, my bank account was hacked a few days after i purchased the tickets online. Horrible service.
