Been purchasing tickets from Vivid Seats since 2009; but no more. Tried for 40 minutes to get through to speak with an actual Human Being. Only had but one question that would have taken all of 30 seconds to answer. I shouldn't be surprised; though. Customer Service in 2025 America is all but dead. I'll look some place else to buy Tickets to different events.
I purchased tickets based on best seat availability. I choose my seats and paid what seemed top dollar for them.Tickets were not released until two days before show. Navigating the process to even get tix was confusing. The seats I ended up with were the worst in venue- very last row and tight with no leg room. We could barely see the actors on the stage. I never would have picked these seats. I was so angry and felt completely taken advantage of. Obviously our tix were traded for cheaper seats and resold!
Bought what were supposed to be e tickets, they sent paper and will not exchange them for e tickets nor tell me how to resell them if needed. Not worth the hassle. Do not use

Do NOT under any circumstances use Vivid Seats! They advertise as Canadian dollars and then go ahead and charge it as American and then refuse to refund for them misadvertising!
I was quoted an amount all the way across the board until I went to buy something for my kid nd didn't have the money to do so because the USD conversion was almost double what I agreed to.
I called customer service and showed them the proof and they sad too bad so sad. Our policy is we are an American company and charge American dollars, even if it says CAD, you should know it's USD. That's an estimate, not your charged price.
I spent 235 of tickets. They never sent ready to my phone. Had proof from manager at concert hall they were never bought. Seats I purchased were unavailable. Never received money back. Save yourself the aggravation of being robbed
Because the website does not confirm that an order was placed, it looks as if the purchase did not go through. If you click again, you have just purchased another ticket. No refund will be given even if you call immediately. The website needs immediate redesign to confirm an order was placed and then direct you to check email. I can't think of any website I have used that doesn't do it that way.

Let me tell you what exactly happened: I got 4 tickets (etch 47$) through Vivid seats. The total charge became 261.64$ at the end. When I got the ticket's pdf, the price on tickets was actually 30$ only. Vivid seats not only overcharged me for 17$ for each ticket (total 68$ extra) but also charged me 10$ for delivery (just an email) and on top of all charged me 63.64$ for service fee. For those 4 tickets that I should be charged something around 150$ with the service fee, I paid 261.64$. This means they overcharged me about 110$ with no reason.
The story did not end up here!
When I asked for cancellation, the Indian outsourced customer service representatives who could not speak English well, refused to connect me to the manager and said that they are not allowed to cancel, or connect me to a manager!
AVOID this company, please. If you dont want to get robbed.
I do not realize vividseat was a ticket reseller and was not the concert venue. The tickets I purchased was double the price of the venue. Within an hour of purchasing the tickets I tried to contact vivid seats but it was Sunday and they were closed. When the opened on Monday I called and ask for a refund but stated the tickets had already been transferred. They are not following their own policy stating that their tickets are "comparable". Terrible company! My concert was postponed/rescheduled twice. One of the artists cancelled all together and replaced. Vivid seats will not refund. For a company that charges a 329.00 service fee on top of the ticket cost their service absolutely sucks. Customer service reps are basically robots. Do not buy from this company! Scammers. Look online very low scores on multiple review websites.

Headed to a concert. Decided to purchase online. I googled it and vivid seats is what came up. The parking was $80. I made the purchase thinking this was how you had to pay. We get to parking garage. Parking was $40! I payed $80. My bad, I'll use the tickets I paid for. They would not accept vivid seats as payment. We had to pay again. Vivid seats will not give me a refund. Life is expensive enough, with out being cheated by this company.
I tried to sell tickets on this site a few weeks ago. There was a problem with the upload of my tickets, so I called Customer Service immediately after I received an email telling me my transaction had been canceled. They said they could not help me because they could not verify my account after I gave them every piece of personal information I had. I just received a charge for $360 dollars on my credit card. I called their customer service again to have them reverse the charge and was told again they could not verify my account and I would need to dispute the charge with my credit card company because they could not help me. This is a fraudulent company. Do not buy or sell your tickets on this site!
I bought tickets through Vivid Seats. They charged my credit card. I received an email link to download the tickets. When I tried to download them, I received a message that the tickets were already down loaded to another email. I've been emailing and calling Vivid Seats for days. All they say is maybe they went to a different email, maybe you have 2 Ticket Master accounts, maybe someone got into your email.
None of these are true. Instead of just guessing they must have a process to handle this. Computers can track anything. They told me that they contacted ticket master and were told the tickets had been downloaded. When I contacted ticket master they couldn't find any downloaded tickets.
First timer using Vivid Seats (VS). I made an error, I had deleted and trashed the email that display confirming the transfer of seats. I was very patient, I made a total 7 calls to VS, gave them alternative emails, talked to Ticketmaster and MLB Ballpark since VS had requested that they would help me. Both Ticketmaster and MLB told me that i needed VS to resubmit the email of transfer seats so tickets can be displayed on there end. Every time i call VS i had nice people to talk to, but got no solution. Just a complete runaround. Do not use, PLEASE do not use Vivid Seats. I was told even by the other vendors, don't use.
Called as booking tickets from the UK for a Basketball game. Spoke to Eugene who was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Helped with all my queries and offered alternative seats at a better price. Brilliant service, would recommend and use again. Thanks so much
Ordered Broadway play tickets on 11/30 for 12/27 event. One seats in Center mezzanine rows B - D. Promised digital delivery by 12/25. Arrived 12/27 but for rear orchestra row Q. Different seats, inferior. Tried for refund. 6 long sessions with online chat, all terminated by them. 2 30+ min phone calls that got terminated by them. Wasted 3 hours over all. No consideration or resolution. Clearly, they try to win a war of attrition by making it very difficult to get reasonable service. They reserve the right in their sole judgment to deliver tickets other than the ones you bought. That's bad but worse is the dismissive and rude treatment you get when you have an issue. Horrible service by an amoral company that cannot be trusted and certainly should not be publicly traded. Short 'SEAT' and take your ticket business elsewhere!
Purchased NFL exhibition tickets weeks in advanced and was charged thru PayPAL. Days before the game I waited for an email confirmation and never got one. Hours before the game I tried using their customer service line and got no response on line or by phone. Now I'm requesting at least my money back. And downloading the app does nothing to confirm your tickets.The only emails I keep getting from them advertise more NFL games. Who runs this scam operation!?
While customer service is very quick to respond, this platforms offering is criminally bad. I am down 300$ and they offer no reasonable solutions despite 8 months advance notice for a show who's tickets are not even available to buy yet.

I've used Vivid Seats a couple of times now, but my last experience by far was the worst. I ordered tickets for a basketball game 2 days before the event - and was guaranteed that the tickets would be delivered on time. Come to find out there's absolutely no guarantee at all, 90 minutes before the game I still had no tickets and tried to reach customer service...but they were closed (no number to call, no online chat). When I finally talked to someone they told me my order was confirmed so there was nothing they could do - an absolute joke.
Do yourself a favor and just use TicketMaster, may be a little more expensive, but you'll actually get tickets you pay for.
Justin provided top notch customer service when I called in to purchase 6 tickets to the Raiders@ Dolphins football game. He even saved me $40 by suggesting moving my seats back a row... In an era where customer service means little to most companies, it was refreshing to deal with someone who cares, thanks Justin!
Worst ever tickets seller,
I bought seats worth $113 center-right and in front section, they sent me seats worth $64 way far to the right (next the wall) and way far behind.
When I called, after so many tries, they said sales are finals and I can sell tickets on google, what a thieves, I called my bank with all screenshots I have and they will take it from there, I'm sure I'll get my money back but wanted to give you all heads up as I think some won't be able to get their money back.
Bottom line: advice; Don't buy from those thieves.
