Rick did a great job resolving a problem I was having getting a 10% discount, that had been offered via email, on Hamilton tickets. He was very polite and patient while dealing with a slow and hard of hearing 81 year old. I will definitely contact Rick at extension 3203 for any future Vivid seats purchases.
Vivid is Terrible! No way to contact a seller? What year are we in? People need to communicate. Big oversight on Vivid. Also, chat feature and phones rarely work, "Busier than expected." Better companies expect to and plan for being busy. Not Vivid. Instructions for, "I lost the email that contained the link to download my e-tickets. Can you re-send it?" are outdated/inaccurate. Get it together Vivid!
Kyle had excellent customer service. Easy to understand. Knew exactly what to do about my 2 credit cards I needed to use. Retained the seats I was purchasing. Quick and absolutely No eye rolling on this side of the phone! Thank you for knowing what your job!
I own a venue called Forte Jazz Lounge in Charleston SC. We've had people come in with tickets purchased on Vivid Seats site. Without our consent or knowledge, Vivid Seats copied our seat map, posted some of our shows, represented our policies inaccurately, sold tickets to our events and on top of that have refused to answer any email or chat or claim any responsibility via phone. Not sure what to do here. But I consider this company to be a scam. Because the patrons have had no malice, I allow them to enter the show for free. Vivid seats pocketed revenue that should have supported ours and the musicians' hard work.

Ive been searching quite a bit to find tickets to this event. I thought I had them ordered through the online route. However, that was not the case. I rang up David seats. Spoke with Alex and he had everything squared away in a matter of moments. Thank you very much.
Tickets are always expensive, but telephone service is good.
Previously I bought tickets that turned out to be double-sold. Vivid refunded the cost and gave us a $200 store credit - Can't beat that for customer service!

Brady was excellent: sent photos to compare sight lines for row/seat options, and provided pros and cons of each based on his experience with this venue. Once the sale was done, he took the time to share some sport stories. Very personable!
Purchased two first row seats at classic west in dodger stadium. Supposed to be at the left end facing stage. We were so far left of the stage we were practically in the parking lot. We paid PREMIUM rates for these tickets and could barely see the stage. Vivid promised to respond to complaints but never has. This organization is a fraud. I feel like an idiot having been sucked in by these people. I will never use them again and highly recommend you use other ticket sources as well;

I was very surprised to see the high fees charged. I am purchasing from Canada and did not realize the amounts are in US$. My $161 ticket now costs me $280 Cdn with fees and exchange. Canadians - look for other sites!
I called in to ask what the seat numbers were for a couple options I was looking at. Sam picked up right away and was extremely helpful as well as professional. He also found even better seats, I did not know were available. Sam did an awesome job and based on my experience with him, I would definitely use VividSeats again.
I ordered a parking pass for the Houston Rodeo. I selected Overnight delivery. But I won't receive it until the day of my event ( 3 days after purchasing)in which my mail doesn't come til after I had planned on leaving. They won't refund me because the pass has already been shipped. So as a college kid who actually works for her money losing $70 is a lot of money. Worst experience I've had buying tickets and it was my first time buying anything from here. I will never purchase anything from here again. Never had a problem like this on Stubhub or Seat geek.
After trying to purchase baseball tickets online & problems submitting an order with info less than a month old, I called direct and got excellent service from two young men to complete my desired order & clearing up tech problems. Would recommend Vivid Seats, but may want to use an old fashion phone call!

Today when everything is "get it from the website" - where there are no real details, or wander through the maze of automated phone menus, talking with Vanessa was really a pleasure!
