I've gone to a lot of events and used a lot of different ticket agents. This is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. Didn't receive my ticket but still got charged. Tried to talk to 2 different customer service people who were no help. Didn't even offer any sort of "here's what we can do" help when it's was THEIR APP that wasn't working. Awful experience and I will never purchase tickets through them again.
Mars was an excellent customer service agent and answered all of our questions patiently. We were nervous about the whole process and Mars made us feel secure about proceeding. I would recommend using vivid seats to purchase tickets!
Naomi at the 800 # was great help. I purchased tickets with ease. Now I wait until they arrive by the seller a few days before the event. This is scary but Vivid Seats stated I have 100% money guaranteed back if any problems.

On Dec. 22,2019, I was purchasing a ballet ticket for the event to take place in January 2020. I chose the exact date and paid a pretty hefty price. A few moments later I received an email confirmation stating that I "successfully" purchased a ticket for July 2020! I would never plan that far in advance. Looks like their scam scheme is to sell fake tickets with a far off date so that the refund would not be possible. I contacted their customer service right away - they flat out refused to refund me. I tried to send several emails - they kept sending robotic refusals in response. Now trying to get this resolved by paypal. I will never use this company and do not recommend anyone to use them either. Terrible people.
My wife and I want to say "Thank You" to Brady who was extremely helpful and courteous. We first went on line but had some questions so we called in. Our questions were answered and he helped us select seats which we will be very satisfied with. Over all it was a pleasant experience with no hassle. The tickets and follow up confirmation came through just as he said it would. Thanks again!

Also purchased parking pass so I'm good to go. Will surprise my husband with tickets to Golden State. We're flying in from WA. Merry Christmas!
Bought two 'One OK Rock' concert tickets, paid US$231 each plus $140 admin fees and shipping. Got the tickets next day and found out they were not VIP tickets! It's only a general admission ticket costs $27.5 each. Totally ripped off! Never ever buy any tickets from Vividseats! THEFT!

Bought some tickets recently and Matthew did a real good job. He was very helpful and polite. Answered all my? The best he could. Still not 100% certain how these GA tickets are gonna work though. We'll see.
Justin G was very helpful in purchasing tickets when I needed to make sure a large group would be together. After seeing other reviews I'm hoping that my at-the-game experience goes as smoothly as my ticket buying experience.
We put some seats for sale but we had an issue uploading them due to a barcode issue. They first charged a $900 penalty fee for not uploading the tickets. $900?! You have got to be kidding. Rip off. I'm pretty sure they are violating at least one state's consumer protection laws. Their arbitration agreement is based out of Illinois and Ill. Has strict laws for ticket resellers like them. I will be following up with the Ill. AG's office on their practices.
So far so good. Have my tickets printed and ready to go. They answered right away and had a better selection of seats than what was offered on the site I was at. Prices were better too.

Worst customer service ever. Purchased tickets in advance. Spent a full week trying to get my tickets and it's hours before the game and still no resolution. They hang up in your face, the staff is completely clueless on how to do their job. This is no exaggeration, I've spoken to over 20 different representatives to whom all couldn't help. They refuse to put you in contact with management. They lost my tickets and pretty much told me oh well. Would never purchase another ticket through these crooks again. The worst part is that me and my 5 kids flew and traveled to be at this game and vivid seats took my money for 6 tickets. Worst company ever
Great buying experience! I had to call to complete order because I was using a Visa gift card and the agent (Marcus) was extremely helpful! He also helped with me getting my discount for first time user.

I tried to order tickets online thought the vivid seats website. After entering all information and submitting…… the site froze and submit button went gray. I called the help number and spoke with Richard R. Who was not only super friendly and helpful, but saved me a bit of money as well!
Michaels service today made me feel like I wasnt sold anything. He simplified each step and exceeded expectation. There are only a few agents I come across as seasoned as Michael. I dont doubt his skills is a reflection of years of practice and he made my first experience with Vivid Seats absolutely memorable. Hope to speak with Michael at ext. 2555 again in the near future.
They will screw you. Their customer service is a joke. When questioning an insane additional charge on top of the ticket price, I was patronized with a no negotiation speech and told nothing was to be done after a 25 minute hold time to review my order. They will rip you off and add upwards of a $40 processing fee to deliver electronic tickets that you are only aware of AFTER your purchase. Use Stub Hub or Seat Geek.
