Jason was friendly and accommodating! He helped me purchase tickets as a gift for Father's Day! As soon as I hung up, I had the confirmation, receipt and instructions on how to send as a gift, sitting in my email box. Plus, Vividseats.com has the best prices available for the tickets I purchased, I shopped the competitors. I will definitely contact Vividseats first the next time I'm purchasing event tickets.

Worst Experience
August 1, 2018

If I could, I'd give no stars. This was the worst experience I've had. I don't write hate reviews, but this is very necessary. I tried to buy BTS tickets and got charged almost 200$ more than they originally said. It's been about three months of fighting for a refund and we were super lucky to get our money back. I'd really suggest not buying from here. Good luck searching!

Absolutely terrible. Map of theater does not show obstructed view and I bought expensive tickets w/o realizing my error. Evidently this is disclosed in fine print after you click on "Buy" but before finalizing. Never, ever use this company. Customer service was useless.

I've used Vivid Entertainment for tickets to mostly ALL concerts, I've attended and have never encountered any problems. Their service via telephone is outstanding! I commend them for people like me who at times can't purchase online due to password/ect., I'm thrilled to helped by a human person on the other line. Many thanks and a very appreciative repeated buyer!

Vivid has good prices on so many event, but what even better if you need to contact a sale person and speak in person they are available. Unlike Ticketmaster. This will always be my first pick on buying ticket.

All other reputable ticket sellers are offering some sort of reimbursement for those affected by the Route 91 tragedy, however VividSeats does not see a need to do so. I will not be buying from them ever again.

Pleasant, efficient

No wait time. Customer service provider, Abel, wasted no time in helping me secure tickets. I experienced connection issues with my computer which left me in a holding pattern. He was able to quickly check their system for orders and then helped place the order that had failed.

Bought tickets for a event 3 months away. Had a conflict and can't make the event. Was told no refund or credit to bad try to sell them to someone else. Great customer service. With all of the other ticket venues I choose this one. My advice anybody but vividSeats.

Alexis was terrific - great customer service. She helped me complete the order, was competent and friendly. Very pleased.

I just wish Vivid gave the option, like some other sites, of seeing early on the final price including all fees.
