I found a great deal on four tickets for an upcoming concert. I was wary of the additional fees as I couldn't see them until after entering payment info. However, I called customer service to ask about final price before committing and found customer service to be immensely helpful! I was immediately provided the final cost and then generously offered a promotional discount. I was sold! My tickets were delivered to my email within five minutes and are already in my TM account. Thank you!

Terrible company! My concert was postponed/rescheduled twice. One of the artists cancelled all together and replaced. Vivid seats will not refund. For a company that charges a 329.00 service fee on top of the ticket cost their service absolutely sucks. Customer service reps are basically robots. Do not buy from this company! Scammers. Look online very low scores on multiple review websites.

I ordered same-day tickets three hours before a show but they were never delivered.
When it got to an hour before the show, I chatted with an agent to ask where my tickets were. I spent the entire car ride there chatting while being assured my tickets would be delivered on time. We sat outside the venue a while, then got checked in through security, still no tickets, still chatting and spending my evening on begging customer service to get me the tickets I spent $300, while I saw other attendees enjoying pre-show drinks and relaxing.
About 5 minutes to showtime --- an hour of customer service chatting --- the agent finally offered me some alternative tickets, five rows back, for the same price. That was my only option, other than just leaving disappointed, so I took it.
The tickets were delivered at 7:28 for a 7:30 show. It was not physically possible to reach our seats in TWO minutes, considering we had to get tickets scanned in, walk up stairs, see an usher, and walk down to our seats.
I spent the first 20 minutes of the show watching on a monitor in the lobby.
After the show, I reached out to Vivid to get them to honor their guarantee that the tickets would be delivered on time for the show. I chatted with multiple agents and was sent through the investigation team and no refunds were offered. I offered to send photos of my watch showing 7:40 while I watched from a lobby monitor, unable to see the show on time because of the late delivery. Nothing mattered.
Apparently, accepting tickets two minutes before the show was "on time" and that means no refunds. I'll never order from Vivid Seats again, as this was an awful experience for me and they did not even come close to honoring the on-time guarantee. I'm filing a chargeback because I didn't spend $300 on tickets to beg to get in and miss a quarter of the show.

Let me tell you what exactly happened: I got 4 tickets (etch 47$) through Vivid seats. The total charge became 261.64$ at the end. When I got the ticket's pdf, the price on tickets was actually 30$ only. Vivid seats not only overcharged me for 17$ for each ticket (total 68$ extra) but also charged me 10$ for delivery (just an email) and on top of all charged me 63.64$ for service fee. For those 4 tickets that I should be charged something around 150$ with the service fee, I paid 261.64$. This means they overcharged me about 110$ with no reason.
The story did not end up here!
When I asked for cancellation, the Indian outsourced customer service representatives who could not speak English well, refused to connect me to the manager and said that they are not allowed to cancel, or connect me to a manager!
AVOID this company, please. If you dont want to get robbed.

But we bought a parking pass for $108 (including fees) for a recent concert in L.A. It turned out the lot was over 2 miles from the venue! And the venue had plenty of parking for $60.
When we called Vivid to complain about misrepresenting the proximity of the parking, the customer service agent was a total [insert your favorite expletive here because site fascists dont allow free speech].
Needless to say, we won't ever be doing business with Vivid again.

I just bought 4 tickets at $282 each. With fees, the total came to $1662. I hit payment and I was invoiced $11,257! I tried a thousand times to recreate this scenario and find tickets at that price, even in the front section and nothing. Tickets in the same section I purchased are still selling in the 2-500 range. Vivid Seats says I knew what I was buying. Absolutely not! THERE IS NO WAY I CAN AFFORD THIS OUTRAGEOUS PRICE TAG. What a scam. Never buy from this site. I wish I had read the reviews. I would give negative stars if I could.

I do not often attend concerts and rarely offer reviews. This is important to me, however. Vivid Seats website was the first to poplulate on my search for tickets for an event. It is clearly listed on the site that tickets are higher because it is a re-sale site. Thier ticket prices for**** in **** Florida were listed at $62 ea. Box office price was $44.50. I assumed, incorrectly, that the higher price WAS the re-sale price; but learned the hard way there are totally hidden fees. Optional insurance is NOT included in Vivid's final total nor listed as a line item leading you to believe that the higher checkout price includes insurance. But, insurance fees show up later on credit card as totally separate charges. A very large service fee also does not show up anywhere in the billing process. It comes as a total surprise and only upon inquiry. Final fee I was charge is $88.38 / ticket times six tickets. They refuse all refund even mere hours prior to purchase and weeks prior to delivery. If you phone Vivid to complain they will hang up. If you chat with them they will provide you with a song and dance, but no refund. They suggested I use insurance to obtain a refund. Remember that the insurance is NOT for this purpose, but only applicable if the event is cancelled. Copy your chat details or you will not be able to access them later. Document date, time, phone calls, everything with hard evidence. They will respond to every communication, including reviews, with sweet worthless words. They will challenge credit card disputes. Only because I keep meticulous documentation including evidence, and fought back diligently was I able to win the dispute with my credit card company for a full refund. I cancelled the insurance separately long BEFORE the event. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I have no product to sell because I never received the product. I called several times to try to resolve and they would not do anything. I am reporting them to the BBB as soon as possible. Purchased Celtics tickets in August 22($870 confirmed seats) for October 2,2022 game. Day of game they said only had 2 tickets available and sold my other 4. Disputed several times and no resolution till this day. Had rented a room just for this event. Credit care company is stating they rejected my dispute because all sales are final. It's not final unless I had the tickets available which I didn't. Never again. Don't use this site they are horrible.

I bought tickets through Vivid Seats. They charged my credit card. I received an email link to download the tickets. When I tried to download them, I received a message that the tickets were already down loaded to another email. I've been emailing and calling Vivid Seats for days. All they say is maybe they went to a different email, maybe you have 2 Ticket Master accounts, maybe someone got into your email.
None of these are true. Instead of just guessing they must have a process to handle this. Computers can track anything. They told me that they contacted ticket master and were told the tickets had been downloaded. When I contacted ticket master they couldn't find any downloaded tickets.

They've had my money for months, changed the delivery date to the day of the event that's hours away so I just have to hope I actually get them instead if having to turn around and come back. Don't even try them. Trust the terrible reviews. It's a scam.

The worst experience ever! I bought tickets since January for coldplay in September and I NEVER received the tickets, I was talking on the phone and online chat 3 days before every hour, and they assured me that they would arrive before the concert! Worst customer service ever. Purchased tickets in advance. Spent a full week trying to get my tickets and it's hours before the game and still no resolution. They hang up in your face, the staff is completely clueless on how to do their job. This is no exaggeration, I've spoken to over 20 different representatives to whom all couldn't help. They refuse to put you in contact with management. They lost my tickets and pretty much told me oh well. Would never purchase another ticket through these crooks again. I bought expensive tickets with their huge fees over 5 days ago. I am unable to get the tickets on Ticketmaster with the link VividSeats provides. All I get is a blank screen. I've spent hours on the phone with Vividseats. BTW, they only let you talk to people in the Philppines that do nothing more than run through entry level scripts. They know about this problem and continue to sell tickets that people can not claim. They will NOT issue a refund. They just keep telling me to wait. I highly recommend you do NOT use them. I will likely have to seek legal action. Save yourself the hassle.

Falsely advertised tickets for Red Rocks. Row 2. Used Vivid in the past, pretty straight forward. But now, I will never use again. They ignore, and they suggest they are waiting to hear from the seller, who is the one that that falsely labeled the tickets row 2. I want, and deserve a refund. Nobody responds. Bots through chat is the only customer service. Impossible to speak to a human. They "suggest" a customer service line, but it only takes you right to the the chat. This company does not care!
The second time they have stolen $800 from us. We bought tickets to a rodeo just before Covid, and the event was canceled obviously. They issued us an $800 credit, in spite our many attempts to get a refund. A couple of years later we bought tickets to a sporting event and attempted to use our credits. They charged our credit card instead. When we called the company to cancel the order, they insisted it could not be done and to take up the issue with our credit card company. We did, and the credit card company sided with vivid. Fast-forward to now, we are again trying to use our remaining $800 credits which they originally said never expired but now they claim expired in 30 days, and they immediately canceled our order saying that they will not sell tickets to someone who has disputed a charge with them in the past. Amazing how they can all of the sudden cancel orders (which they claimed it couldn't be done, but it can be done when it comes to stealing your money). We have attempted to resolve this with them multiple times to no avail. They are crooked and they will steal your money no matter what they have to do to get it. Do yourself a favor and buy tickets through another website.

Thieves. On 12/03 I bought two tickets for Pretty Woman the Musical at the Adrienne Arsht PAC on 12/09/23. The next day I received a link to accept the tickets. I clicked on the link and it opened an Adrienne Arsht wallet with watermarked tickets and a message that I would receive the actual QR code at 4:00pm the day of the performance.
Soon after that, I received two emails from Vivid Seats requesting that I contact them because there was an alert on the tickets.
I contacted them and spent almost 30 minutes while they kept putting me on hold while they tried to reach the seller, then their internal department of who knows what, and they ended up telling me to keep monitoring my emails because I would receive the tickets shortly.
Fast forward six more calls with exactly the same script (verbatim) and at least three hours wasted on hold in two days. Their final answer to me was that there was nothing else they could do, because I had accepted the tickets. Of course I had! But the tickets were not there!
The eighth time I decided to chat so I could have written evidence of their scam. I received exactly the same script, with the same holding times and the same result.
I called the box office of the PAC and it turns out that those two seats hadn't even been sold yet.
I collected all the emails, screenshots of messages, watermarked tickets and the entire chat and sent them to the PAC. They will write a letter certifying all this is true and I will add that to send to Amex where I have already opened a case to dispute the charge.
I bought from Vivid Seats before, but this was my absolute last time, and I will make sure to spread this experience so I can save others from being scammed the way I was. The only guarantee they offer is in case the event gets canceled.
They refused to give me a refund when I asked for it after the first two unsuccessful attempts to retrieve my tickets ($226).

I purchased parking for an event in St. Louis. They charged me a $13 fee on a $36 spot which was supposed to be in a parking garage attached to the venue. When I received the confirmation email, it was in a different garage 10 blocks away. I immediately called and emailed to cancel and received no reply. When I called the next day and finally got through to someone, they said there was nothing they could do and the representative hung up on me. Ultimately, I paid $49 for a parking spot I never used. Horrible customer service!

I bought two tickets to attend San Diego baseball match with my girl friend and the tickets were fake. They are screenshots from a ticket and the venue accept only real tickets that can be downloaded in wallet. I contacted the support and they asked 100 questions for investegation. I answered all questions then they promised to send a denial form which they never sent. Horrible experience please becareful everyone using this website. 100% scam
