Their customer services representative and especially "Sam" whom I interacted with most recently, always provide exceptional customer service. Their online system for purchasing tickets is efficient too. Also, I find that their tickets are always competitive and fair.

Vivid absolutely misrepresented the tickets I'd purchased as actual seats, only to get tickets delivered for Standing Room Only. When you talk with customer service, they reference the fine print in terms/conditions that it was standing only (which no one reads or knows what SRO stands for) and absoulely refuse a refund. They use a common refrain of "we're a secondary market, all sales are final". The call center is clearly in India, everyone is part of the "escalation team", no manager can be spoken to and your only recourse is to try and resell the tickets yourself. Vivid has effectively stolen from me. I was already aware that standing room tickets were available through the venue for a 1/3 of the price. BBB, do us all a favor and shut this place down.
We want to make sure all our fans are able to make an educated purchase, Ben, which is why we take pains to ensure our listings are accurately represented. In this case, the tickets were listed as SRO before purchase. This information was found on the "section" field, rather than the terms and conditions. We understand some fans may not be familiar with seating terms, so our FAQ has an entry, "What do “General Admission”/”GA” and ”Standing Room Only”/”SRO” mean?" to clarify. Still, we regret if that information was missed, and any resulting frustration.

My first purchase Beyonce tickets, spent like $492. Didn't know promotions or discounts were available through Vivid Seats! Some promotions were 10% off, and $20 off $200 purchase! I called them up to express my dissatisfaction w/ no discount, and was told no credits available after purchase. So i asked for discounts to purchase Lizzo tickets. No promotions or discounts! But if you order over phone, you can get a one time 5% off for new customers! That would have been even greater for Beyonce! I give this purchase 2 thums only!

Good customer service, but took a while to get the tickets transferred over. Instructions were confusing. Had to create a ticketmaster account to access the tickets.

I bought 2 tickets to a concert (Andy Schauf at Great American Music Hall in San Francisco on March 3rd), and when I went to the event, Vivid seats only had sent me one ticket in a pdf. They charged me for both. I tried to download their app, and use the Vivid seats app (instead of website) and even still, the app only let me download a pdf which contained a single ticket. Attempting to view the tickets directly in the app did not work either (again, only one ticket was visible). They suggested that I wasn't swiping (e.g. Up or to the right) or that I wasn't noticing that there were two pages. They insisted that they sent me two tickets.
They have still not refunded my money, despite their "Guarantee" that customers will have their tickets in time for the event. The whole show was ruined because of this, and I feel that they are not making it right, when I am requesting something very reasonable-- a refund for the ticket that I never received.
I would give zero stars if I could. Buy your tickets elsewhere!
