We received and email only two weeks ago stating that our tickets were canceled due to the reseller violating vivid seats reselling policy for selling tickets over an amount allowed for reselling. They'd email us. Then three days before concert they emailed us an URGENT IMMEDIATE ATTENTION REQUIRED…It stated we needed to call vivid seats. When we called they told us there is nothing they can do for us but find us other seats or refund our money. We said other seats but then we were told the only seats available were in the highest point of the venue when the tickets we purchased were orchestra seats. We are truly disappointed with the way we were strung along. If they would have been honest with us on the first call we would have been still been able to purchase other tickets and get the refund for the first tickets purchased but we kept being told that this will be resolved. We trusted what vivid seats were telling us. This concert was important to me, a special occasions. I will NEVER use vivid seats again and I will encourage my family, friends, colleagues and anyone else looking to purchase tickets for events to NEVER USE VIVID SEATS!

This was my first experience purchasing tickets. I'm very happy I chose Vivid Seats because I spoke with a young lady named Barbara who went above and beyond searching for seats to a concert that my family wish to attend. She spent a very long time on the phone with me, answering my questions and searching numerous sections and seats to find exactly what I was looking for at a price to suit my needs. As I said this was a new experience for me as I have not purchased tickets before but without a doubt I will use use vivid seats and keep Barbara on retainer as I know she will go out of her way to make sure her customers are taken care of.

I am recovering from a broken foot and saw price on Kiel parking lot ticket they sent after I purchased clearly stated $23 and also had lot 1 parking for Kiel center. There is only one lot and I paid an additional $60 on top of the $23. I did not get to park any closer but rather top of garage. I am not sure how one would know that this parking garage only has one lot only and no reserved lot unless you know St. Louis. Needless to say I had to walk very far on my recovering foot and there was no special lot or reserved space for us even though we were priced gouged 40 extra dollars. When I tried to resolve this with customer service, the lady tried to tell me there was no one to escalate The call, would not give me her last name, would not give me corporate's number. If you go through park mobile app directly, you will only be charge the $23 and vivid seats can charge basically what they want for that same parking. I am not sure how this is legal, but had I not been recovering from a broken foot- it would not have been so bad being deceived that you are paying for better parking.

Despite of the good will of the sales and costumer service teams, I had an, overall, disappointing experience with Vivid Seats. I tried buying 4 tickets for Lakers x Nuggets game four times, and all those times, the purchases were cancelled. I was persistent and tried using other cards as well, but I still received cancelling emails. The tickets values were charged at the moment, so the problem wasn't with the cards. However, even if I asked, no one could tell me the exact reason why my purchases kept getting cancelled. At the end, I just gave up trying to buy from Vivid Seats.

This morning I called about Madonna tickets and spoke to agent Samantha. I wanted to know the total price with fees and she was happy to oblige. I already knew what section I wanted and I didn't feel any sales pressure from her. Samantha gave me her extension number and offered a discount if I decided to call back and purchase. I thought about it and called back later in the day. She remembered who I was and just asked which of the 2 rows I wanted from our discussion earlier. She made the purchase process very easy and I would definitely call Samantha in the future if I need tickets.

I purchased parking for an event in St. Louis. They charged me a $13 fee on a $36 spot which was supposed to be in a parking garage attached to the venue. When I received the confirmation email, it was in a different garage 10 blocks away. I immediately called and emailed to cancel and received no reply. When I called the next day and finally got through to someone, they said there was nothing they could do and the representative hung up on me. Ultimately, I paid $49 for a parking spot I never used. Horrible customer service!

I've used Vivid Seats a couple of times now, but my last experience by far was the worst. I ordered tickets for a basketball game 2 days before the event - and was guaranteed that the tickets would be delivered on time. Come to find out there's absolutely no guarantee at all, 90 minutes before the game I still had no tickets and tried to reach customer service...but they were closed (no number to call, no online chat). When I finally talked to someone they told me my order was confirmed so there was nothing they could do - an absolute joke.
Do yourself a favor and just use TicketMaster, may be a little more expensive, but you'll actually get tickets you pay for.
