I was hesitant to call because Ive had bad experiences with other ticket companies in the past. I should have known that Vivid Seats would be different! My total time on the phone was less than 6 minutes, including hold time! Amazing... Excellent... everything I can do on the App!

Great experience

Jonathan helped me out big time making sure my larger order of seats were all together and at the best price possible for us as a family! I got the tickets delivered through email within seconds of my transaction and we are pumped to go to the show! Jonathan had great phone skills and made no mistakes with my order, I didn't feel frustrated or annoyed at all!

The app said tickets were 90 each but when I select the quantity and go to checkout they jumped to 141 each. This happened every time I tried. So I called and the guy could see the 90 dollar listed price and helped me purchase the tickets through him so I got the listed price. He made it so easy and was very helpful. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

I found Mr. Harris very patient and very accommodating answering all my questions that give me vital information on how to get my e-tickets once they are available. Avoid at all costs

Incredibly high service charges and overpriced tickets from face value. Was the first time I used the site and assumed a fair price when compared to Ticketmaster... my mistake.

Also, nearly impossible to speak to someone to resolve issues. This whole thing felt like a scam.

Paid $389 and immediately after buying realized we had the wrong date. Vividseats refused any type of refund or reissue although we were months before the date of the event. Once our requests and appeals were exhausted we decided to go ahead and attend the concert as purchased but they refused to send tickets at all, cleaning that anything disputed would not be fulfilled. In the end they kept our money and the tickets. This company has terrible reviews and now we know why.

Rude and wrong

The man who assisted me in getting tickets spoke to me like I was wasting His time. He was very short and pushy. I did end up buying the tickets through him however after I got my confirmation email he had spelled my first name incorrectly and forgotten my apartment number in the shipping address so I had to call back to correct it right away. In the future I will be either buying online or most likely just using another service all together.

Never buy parking through Vivid Seats!
January 23, 2023

I purchased parking for an event in St. Louis. They charged me a $13 fee on a $36 spot which was supposed to be in a parking garage attached to the venue. When I received the confirmation email, it was in a different garage 10 blocks away. I immediately called and emailed to cancel and received no reply. When I called the next day and finally got through to someone, they said there was nothing they could do and the representative hung up on me. Ultimately, I paid $49 for a parking spot I never used. Horrible customer service!

Mark Beaver is the Best

We had gotten our tickets from another vendor and they completely messed it up. They sent our tickets to a different state and they would not come in till 3 days after the event. I called Vivid Seats and Mark Beaver was my rep. He was very understanding and did everything in his power to make sure we got tickets to an event we already paid for. Mark walked us throughout the whole ordeal and every time we spoke his attention was as if we were the most important customer he was talking with.

Many of you are mad about the fees. I was too so before I bought them I called and talked to s sales rep. He was able to reduce the fees by 50% and gave me the exact seat numbers which they say they can't do. Since I was paying $1000 a ticket I wanted to make sure I was right in front of the stage. I've used them a few times since and have never had a problem. Stubhub still my first choice but they started charging fees as well. If you really want to go to s concert or whatever and sit VIP you have to expect to pay almost double the asking price.

I tried to purchase ticket for Big 3. Sign in process was a nightmare now person who selling tickets took tickets back. Talked to customer service Vivid seats. Trying to recall seller get tickets back. This system is horrible. Just give me my money back. And stop telling me there is no refund.

Jamal provided quick and efficient service! I had to call in instead of using online service because I was unable to complete my order online. Kept getting an error response saying my billing address is invalid. I used the same credit card with the exact same billing address when purchasing over the telephone. I'm getting tickets to a performer that my girlfriend has wanted to see since we started dating (3 years). I finally have the opportunity to take her and as oppose to going back and forth between websites to find a great deal I asked John if he could help me and being a long time vivid seat buyer, he helped save me a few dollars. I know a few dollars isn't much but it's the fact that he was willing to go the extra mile to make this event a bit more special. I sell cars and I can't tell you that I'm grate at what I do because I'm willing to go that extra mile like John. I will continue to buy my event tickets from vivid seats because no only did you help me get a good deal but you also gave me the opportunity to build a memorable experience with someone I love.

I'm so upset at this place, this was the first attempt and last to purchase tickets. All my information was entered correctly, called my bank to confirm that there was an error on their end and not mine, and they just cancel my purchase less than 30 minutes later. It doesn't even show in the purchase history on their site as if it never existed.

They are not willing to make up for their mistake, instead encourage you to repurchase, well in my case that would have meant to pay $200 more.

Unbelievably upset over this, as this was a surprise for my boyfriend. I have to say customer support stayed calm and courteous while I was obviously pissed. Though the first time waiting for a Manager to speak with my call was either disconnected by accident or on purpose.

Will never purchase there again. Thanks for nothing.
