Horrible service. I couldn't find my tickets the day of the concert so I tried to chat online and it was no help. The 1st customer service rep hung up in my face. The 2nd customer service rep started the "refund process". A few days later another customer service rep called and said the Refund was denied. I called and spoke to another customer service rep and they finally told me how to search for the tickets in my email. I will never use them again. Ironically, my bank account was hacked a few days after i purchased the tickets online. Horrible service.
