I ordered tickets in Jan 2024, and I could not access my tickets on the day of my event. I called vividseats.com for assistance, and they told me to find the email. The original email was sent on Feb 19th at 03:42 am, apparently, and I did not know that I even had the email. Once I clicked on the link per customer service instructions, I was still unable to access tickets. Long story short, I was on the phone 4 hours before the event numerous times and on the live chat site, and still no help. They told me I just needed to go down to the event and ask the ticketmaster to show my ID. I did do just that. And I was laughed at while leaving the event with no tickets or refund. I was battling back and forth on the phone with vivid seats telling me I got the tickets, and I couldn't get a refund even though I had asked during the numerous calls before the event, and they said I should have tickets. I can't leave messages for managers to call back, the one-vivid seat rep said. Then they said they investigated and found I received an email where tickets were sent, and I clicked on the link to accept. I was on the phone with them when I did it, and since I clicked accept, it's my fault my tickets aren't there; I must have sent them to the wrong email address. Frustrated and beyond mad. They should not be able to sponsor basketball finals or anything if they have a motto of 100% buyer guarantee.
