I had a difficult time getting my tickets ordered at first and it was extremely frustrating but Mark was excellent. He has a lot of patience and never once was rude to me or got frustrated when the order kept getting declined. This was a process of over 2 days and he did everything he could to help me until I finally got my tickets 2 days after our first conversation over the phone. He's a very good and helpful worker. If I ever use vivid seats again in the future (which I probably will) I would ask for Mark personally. 5 star service

He patiently took me through the order process, only about five minutes! I was also provided a 10% discount for my first order.
