Researched available tickets on multiple secondary market websites and then spoke with Natalia at Vivid seats who guided me through options and pricing for multiple sets of tickets and eventually processed my purchase quickly. The price was better than on the other websites and the service excellent.

Pathetic.

We ordered tickets to the NY Rangers vs Nashville Predators game for Nov 2 in Nashville months ahead of time, traveling all the way to Nashville from Alabama, all the while being assured by vivid seats that our tickets would be available in time for the game. Well, they weren't. So we spent money traveling and on lodgings for nothing. Maybe when they're done giving us the run around on the phone we'll get our money back. Do yourself a favor and buy from Ticketmaster.

I guess this is a mixed review: I received a generous Vivid Seats gift card recently and went online to use it. I chose my seats and got almost to the payment page... then completely hung up. The phone number was right on the same screen (not hidden like some sites) and I quickly got Pedro in customer service. He saw my predicament, locked down the seats I wanted, took my payment info and completely hooked things up. PEDRO is the man, thanks for great service!
