What took Ticketmaster 45 minutes to come up with a half assed solution that prohibited me even using my gift card, Alexis literally solved in five minutes. It was seamless. I have my tickets, they were a couple bucks more expensive than at Ticketmaster, but worth it considering the superior customer service.

We had gotten our tickets from another vendor and they completely messed it up. They sent our tickets to a different state and they would not come in till 3 days after the event. I called Vivid Seats and Mark Beaver was my rep. He was very understanding and did everything in his power to make sure we got tickets to an event we already paid for. Mark walked us throughout the whole ordeal and every time we spoke his attention was as if we were the most important customer he was talking with.

I tried to order a pair of football tickets. I went through the whole routine and afterwards got the message from them that the 'seats are unavailable, try again'. So I did with the same results. Later I found out that both sales had gone through (despite their messages to the contrary) and was stuck with extra tickets. I tried their awful customer service and finally got to chat with a real person Jose but all he did was trot out their BS terms & conditions" firewall that all sales are final... I tried to get a refund of one set of tickets but got stiff-armed. Now I'm disputing the charges via my card company and they'll get nothing but hassles from them. They could have settled with me for less than $300. But now they'll see more harsh but accurate reviews posted and spend way more than that internally chasing who's reponsible. I will not pay for their mistakes.
