I purchased tickets for a 4 day basketball tournament. The day before the tournament I received an email saying my tickets were on my account so I checked the app and they were there for all 4 days. I was able to access those tickets for days 1 & 2 but then on day 3 the tickets had suddenly all disappeared and my account said my event was over. I called customer service and they were no help at all. There was no option to print paper tickets. It was all digital so it just disappeared from my account with no explanation or recourse. Then when I asked for a refund they sent an email saying - "We sent you the tickets together so you can download them. On our end, the tickets were sent successfully." I had to purchase further tickets at the venue and they reported many Vivid Seat customers were having the same problem and that Vivid Seats is unreliable.

This disreputable company rips you off if the football game for which you purchased tickets is cancelled. They refuse to refund your money, stating that they don't recognize the game as officially cancelled, even when the football season is over! Do not ever buy a ticket from this company. I purchased tickets (2) and after it asked about parking the parking section asked how many tickets me thinking it's asking how many tickets did I just purchase. Which was 2! As I checked out it charged me for two parking tickets. That section is not clear at all it should ask how many parking tickets quantity well I chatted with a agent Adam and he didn't show any empathy he was rude and told me he can't do anything! Do not use this company! What a joke! I am an adult and I fully understand policies per the company. I also believe this Covid pandemic isn't a situation anyone wants to be in nor anything we can control. It is a very rare occurrence. I purchased tickets for a concert that was in March and it was cancelled and reschuduled for July to be cancelled and now rescheduled for Nov of NEXT year. We live across the state and this just doesn't work for us. The band noted a sincere apology and stated if the dates do not work to contact purchaser for a refund. Vivid Seats refuses. Don't EVER use this company to get tickets! They will screw the hell out of you! Due to Covid the event I was to attend was cancelled. I have asked for my credit card to be refunded and I got screwed. They give you 7 days (I'm within 7 days of the event) and they are forcing me into their "Rewards" program. I called Vivid Seats and the robot asked if you would like to "live chat" I thought that might be easier so tried that. Don't waste your time it's just a robot too! I called and it took me at the very least 7 times to reach a representative press this number then that number but no option to discuss a refund so I pushed 0 until I got through to a human. After the discussion and her regretfully having to tell me I wasn't getting a cash refund and being forced into their "Rewards" program I asked to speak to her supervisor. She talked over me, told me her Supervisor is not taking calls (shocker) then she proceeded to hang up on me. I also bought tickets through Ticketmaster which event was also canceled and had no issues being fully refunded! Due to Covid and other life events I am need of this refund.

Run don't walk to another source for your tickets!
After reading a lot of recent reviews through different sites, my hopes were not high for a satisfactory outcome for a refund.
I knew the Dodgers game would not be on so I emailed approx 2 weeks ago to try to start the refund process, as there is no way to travel out of Aus for the foreseeable future.
They responded back with a generic email.
Two weeks prior to the game I received the email 'refund or credit', and chose Refund straight away. Another day later, an email arrived asking if I still want a requested a refund, to which I sent an immediate response back. Next day a confirmation that the refund process had begun, but could take a while. Four days later (today), the refunded amount appeared.
Maybe I was lucky, but I did respond back virtually immediately, and in a courteous fashion. Good luck to you all.

They sent an email (they spam you with email, so this one must have gotten lost in the pile of the thousands they send you) saying that the event was cancelled, and you had 7 days to claim your refund or they will give you rewards. Once I saw the email, was way past the 7 day mark, and they refused a refund.
It is not safe to attend a concert, and on top of that. THERE ARE NONE.

I won't be able to attend a rescheduled event (due to covid) because l live in Canada and won't be able to travel to the States during the rescheduled time. Vividseatswas hard to get a hold of, and when I did get a hold of them, refused to give me a refund, ignored me, and told me to sell my tickets... during a pandemic. They responded to my tweet saying they could help... only to send an automated reply in private messaging that I didn't qualify for a refund. They have continuously changed policies during the pandemic and now are only giving credits to those with canceled events. Absolutely money hungry company with horrible customer service.

Their automated system will have you running in circles. At the end of the day they will only provide me a credit for almost $700 which will expire in December. There will be no large concerts, games or gathering prior to that date. They are just keeping people's money. I have no idea how they are getting away with it.
