When package arrive to germany every thing possible, maybe lost, maybe stolen.
They use very bad company for shipping overseas.deutschepost.de
You cant track your package. Most times they didnt know your package, delivered or not. 60 days my package still on IPZ-Ffm, Germany.
Track no CH*******DE, any way. They send me message, they will refund the amount.

My order qualified for free shipping, and I was pleasantly surprised that it was delivered (in U.S.) in 2days, after placing the order!
Additionally, Vitacost is 1 of only a few businesses that has a terrific and important -for me- product I've used for years; (no longer able to purchase it retail nor is it available on most sites), at a better price than any other site it's available to buy from. I often use Vitacost to buy supplements and vitamins that would cost me MUCH MUCH MORE if I purchased them at my local health food store. In particular, I buy Garden of Life products-the Men and Women's Over-50 Multivitamin/Mineral supplements AND Garden of Life's RawFit, which is a non-whey based protein powder with supplements. At the health food store and at other online companies, Raw Fit retails for around $52, not including tax (if applicable). I recently purchased TWO Raw Fit containers for a total of $56! Free shipping! When I visit family in Wisconsin, I've had Vitacost shipped there; when I'm at home (duh!) obviously they ship to my home. I always get my order quickly. They also carry a variety of foods, flours, and other health care products. I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend Vitacost. I've never had to call Customer Service, so I can't review them.

I tried to order 32 packages of Arrow Head whole grain puffed rice and wheat. Their site promised that If I give them my email for promotional purposes, they would give me a 10% discount. I did as they asked and they gave me a code that was invalid. I repeated the process and they again told me their code was invalid.
I sent them a complaint.
They told me they would not honor their code but I was to place the order anyway, pay the full price and then contact them and they would give me a refund in the amount of the promised discount.

I am not stupid. Vitacost is a scam.

I have used Vitacost for a few years and am very impressed. Their prices are very competitive. Once I ordered liquid B vitamins that had a cracked lid upon arrival. I called customer service and they immediately sent a replacement. The last order I placed (a month or so ago) arrived in two days! I have had it take longer in the past (especially if you order essential oils) but I like to think they are beginning to understand that shipping has to be fast or people will just pay a little more and go through Amazon.

It's a rarity these days to find a biz that WANTS TO KNOW if you're happy w/their service, but Vitacost is an exception! Not only do they take great care in how they mail merchandise ordered online, but the one time I had issues with an item being less than perfect... they sent me out a replacement that very day! No questions asked and they didn't ask me to return the damaged good. They just wanted me to be happy and satisfied... which I was! I switched to buy from this company recently and am very happy with their service, price, and speed of shipping out my order. There is one item that the formula has changed and they still carry the old picture of the item on their website which was misleading. I asked for a refund and it was refunded to me in 3 days. My email to them was answered right away. Will continue to buy them this company despite the shipping cost is a bit higher than the previous company I bought from but overall their product prices are lower and customer service is definitely better.

I don't have a problem with Vitacost itself, just that they have somehow managed to arrange the slowest possible shipping! My last order took 7 days to reach me - it was a heat sensitive product, so I emailed them and complained - they refunded my money. This order, Fed Ex turned into SmartPost. The order arrived in Dallas (90 miles away) at midnight last night, and I am not due to receive the order until TUESDAY! I could maybe put up with this if the shipping was free, but it was not - I had to pay for this ridiculousness. Their shipping didn't used to be this way, but PLAN on it taking 7 days to get to you from the time you order!

We often see great promises about companies standing behind their products and promises of superior customer service, but often these promises turn out to be hype. In the case of VitaCost, everything they promise is TRUE! I had occasion to have a bad reaction to a supplement I had purchased from VitaCost. I filled out an online request for refund yesterday afternoon citing the problem and I'll be darned if this morning in my email, I found VitaCost had already responded with a refund! I am totally impressed and this experience has solidified my commitment to use VitaCost for all our supplement needs! Thank you, VitaCost!

Vitacost's customer service improved a lot in recent years and customer service agents are friendly and eager to help. Besides, shipments are well packaged. The prices are great and you get lots of sales offered.
