The company's reputation is significantly marred by a consistent pattern of customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues related to ticket availability, inflated pricing, and inadequate customer service. Customers frequently report receiving invalid tickets, last-minute notifications, and a lack of effective support when seeking refunds or resolution. While some users may have had positive experiences, these are overshadowed by widespread claims of fraud and poor service. The overall sentiment reflects a strong caution against using the platform, highlighting a pressing need for improved transparency and customer support to rebuild trust.

Conpletely set up to steal your money.
They don't have the tickets they're selling you for 3x the ticket price. You'll have to meet the seller at the gig.
Want to speak to someone? Forget it. You'll be met with a menu of choices, none or which will help you.
They have a phone number. Try ringing it and see what happens
Ticket was not received untill day before festival. Then realised they gave the WRONG ticket. Only on the day of the festival at 1pm they sent the "RIGHT" ticket. Upon entry of festival i was told they gave we a fraudulent ticket & the previous owner had already used the code to gain entry.
Was denied entry and wasted time & money getting to the venue.
+ Customer service is poor.
++ Was lied to about call centre opening times, was told they are open all day and night... found out later they close at 6. Appalled.
DO NOT BUY FROM """VIAGOGO"""!
I sold some tickets online using Viagogo to an event that we could no longer make it to. The event was on a Sunday and they were sold late on the Sunday before. I didn't manage to put them in the post within 24 hours of the sale because I was away and did not have the tickets on me, I was not made aware that I would be fined if they were not in the post within 24 hours. I did post them on the Tuesday though and they were received on the Wednesday, still 4 days before the event. Viagogo charged me £40 for this delay. I messaged them to ask why they did this and received no reply. Won't use again, the fine was completely unnecessary and didn't affect the buyer, it is just a way of making some extra cash out of their customers.
Complete, unethical crooks with obvious "bait and switch ploys. On 10 February, 2017. We paid nearly £1,100 for 2 tickets to the Edinburgh Royal Military Tattoo on 5 August. Tickets were supposed to be shipped to us in the States. Never arrived, so we requested (as their website said we could) that the tickets be delivered to our hotel in Edinburgh. We were informed 3 DAYS prior to the event that we would have to pick them up at a "designated location" but only could receive them ONE HOUR prior to the perfomance! Finally, 48 HOURS prior to the show, we were informed our tickets were NOT AVAILABLE and "substitute tickets" - in a much worse location - would be provided! Completely unacceptable and obvious "bait and switch" tactic. We were already in the UK on holiday and going to Edinburgh specifically for the Tattoo. We had no choice but to accept their substitutions, even though the new tickets were only about £75 each! They offered only £125 refund for both and declined to tell us which row the new tickets were in. When we picked up the tickets, they were in Row V! We were furious and it nearly spolied our experience. WE do not believe Viagogo ever had our tickets, nor that they ever intended to ship them or deliver them as they advertised. We believe their intent from the very start was to take a large amount of money for much cheaper seats. Now, I see multiple horrendous reviews of Viagogo and even a customer who has taken her complaint against Viagogo to Parliament. http://www.bbc.com/news/entertainment-arts-******* Viagogo needs to be shut down. How dare they do this to people!
This website charged me for tickets they delivered late. They will not reimburse and act as stupid. They are thieves and have no respect for their sellers. I sold however $30,000 on this site and when there is a little issue, no customer service and only denial. Deleting my account and going to StubHub.

I made a booking via VIAGOGO sometimes ago and I booked two seats. The only available seats were very expensive but I decided to take them.
When the receipt came it was in CZ Kouronne currency instead of Australian dollars
Today I printed the two tickets (issued by Ticketmaster but send by VIAGOGO) and I do realise that they were not on my name and the value on the ticket was half of the price I paid.
I went to a ticketmaster shop and they said to me that they do not recognize the tickets and I may not be able to go to the show...
Following this matter, I do want now to be reimbursed by VIAGOGO but do not find the way to send a message on their own site
Is there someone to help me

I paid for 2 tickets, cubs vs diamondbacks and I never got my tickets, not in the mail and not at the box office. Tried to get a refund and no one has responded. I will never order from this company ever again!
The viagogo's system made me double sell my tickets by solit the group sell, and charged me full tickets price as the seller charge which is if I could send the tickets out I have to pay the penalty. I send the email to viagogo to explain and call them, unfortunately no reply at all! I don't believe the penalty goes to the buyer because I really inform the buyer I have no ticket to send out as soon as the purchased the tickets, so all my penalty and maybe the buyer's money all went to viagogo. Anyway, Viagogo got no customer services at all!
We bought tickets for Bruno Mars, charged the credit card, but no tickets. It says our "seller is no longer able to supply you tickets"
How about on the day before the event, at 11:30 in the morning you get an email telling you that the event has been moved to a day earlier (today) at 7PM? Oh, by the way, the email also states that viagogo cannot refund the ticket as the event has not been cancelled not it can resell it (of course, given that the game is in about 7 hours from the notice they would need to send a "scalper" on site...).
Incidentally, I booked on July 27 for a game on August 12 and confirmed locally that the game had always been scheduled for August 11, which makes it obvious that the mistake was on viagogo's end. For sure the game was not rescheduled the same day!
When I contacted customer service I got a very legalistic reply to the effect that the small prints on the ordermake it clear that it is the customer responsibility to confirm the date of the event... thanks but no thanks! For the hefty cost that viagogo charges on tickets one would expect them to treat their customers with more... care!
They misrepresent the price of the ticket, only adding what they will charge you once you have entered your card details. I saw price had doubled (!) so pushed cancel and closed the window. They ran through the transaction anyway. I contacted them to tell them to reverse the transaction since they didn't have my permission - they refused.
By the way, tickets I received are not what I wanted and have another person's name on them. STAY AWAY!
Paid for good tickets to philip glass ensemble for feb 2018. Received restricted viewing tickets instead. Viagogo told me to send them back and i would receive the correct tickets. They never came in the post. They are now in possession of the restricted viewing tickets and I've just received an email saying the case is closed because the original incorrect tickets were delivered. I've gotten no other response to several emails explaining what happened. Thieves! Total scum
I chose my 5 places for J. Clegg Concert as on an official site, and received tickets with face value 1/3 of the price I paid for. Complete dishonest site. Never use them
I bought a ticket for 226 euro which I never received and the worst part is that I missed the event.
Terrible customer care (N)...
I would never recommend this page to anyone, the only thing I would say is log out from this page and never visit it again.
This site absolute rip off bought tickets for Edinburgh tattoo via there site. They game across as official site. But are ticket resellers. There is no way in hell you can contact them through any site. Just try before you hopefully don't buy. Ask them a question you will never ever get a reply. Paid $600 for tickets I thought was premium but alas face value of tickets only $70. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. YOU WILL REGRET IT
I bought 2 tickets but when I went to the event found the tickets wear fake!
So I contact them and they sad (unfortunately we will not be able to refund you)
Viagogo "warning will Robinson" They totally mislead on line saying they are main ticket seller. Tickets totally over priced as I found correct autherised seller. Tickets and fees seamed cheaper as they used US$ not $A refused refund. Fees Over priced by 5x. They cant let you pick seats like autherised seller can. I am trying to recover ticket prices via Credit card company and warning others they are totally deceptive.
Viagogo sold us tickets for $420 each (face value $40) but the agent wasn't there when we went to collect tickets. Family flights and this cost meant that we spent £8000 to get to an event that we couldn't get entry to. Viagogo refusing to accept responsibility for selling us tickets they could not legally sell us and now the Board of Comic Con are investigating Viagogo and their San Diego partner Atlas Tickets. We are also persuing a separate legal claim
I posted tickets for sale for the Andrea Bochelli concert. They sold. Then a week before the event I get an Email from Viagogo that there was an issue with the buyer and the transaction was cancelled.
I decided then to go to Italy. And guess what. My tickets had ready been picked up. By the very same people that bought the tickets...
So never ever sell anything there.
Answer: My tickets were real but I was scared the person whose name was on the ticket would turn up with id. A R600 ticket the price on the ticket which we were not told ended up being twice that. Would I use them again? NO
Answer: So frustrated surely there must be something we can do, surely this is not legal?
Answer: For is it was a total con. They showed prices in HK dollars and then charged in US dollars. We paid $4000 US dollars for two Madonna tickets. There's literally no phone number on their site and it's impossible to get in touch with customer service. Don't buy tickets here. You'll be sorry. They even charged us $500 for a service fee. Really insane!
Answer: Hi Bryan! Viagogo is a ticket marketplace that allows individuals to buy and sell tickets for live events. Once you purchase with viagogo you are covered by our guarantee: http://www.viagogo.co.uk/landingpage/1044610 Kind regards, Ana
Answer: No they don't. I will never ever make any purchase frm viagogo and I will warn you not to. They deducted my money from my back without my acknowledgement in Dec and guess what, I received the same email frm them that they will be deducting the amount from my bank again due to me not able to produce the ticket. My reason is that event organiser close down my seating section. Ended up have to go thru my bank to get the money back from them. They are the worst.
Answer: If in doubt, always try and pay by credit card so have a certain amount of protection/insurance. There's a lot of fraudulent ticket sales going on all over at the moment, so do your homework, read reviews and always use a secure method of payment if you decide to proceed.
