I bought two diesel heaters akw. Really like them. They put out a lot of heat. Was not hard to set up at all. All I did was plug it in push start. Waited about 5 minutes. Thing came on. So far working great. I would recommend these to anyone. I've got mine mounted outside. Took an old air conditioning case in the window. Installed it in that looks good. Works good. Well satisfied. The price was great. The shipping's always fast with. I give him a good rating
Customer service is horrible. Item arrived with missing blade. Packaging was not damaged at all. I reached out to the company and, after numerous canned responses and being told they were working on it, was told they did not have the part in stock (it was the blade for the saw that was advertised as coming with the saw) I was told to go out and purchase one myself or to send the saw back. Buyer beware!

I was prompted by my coworker to place an order with this company. As a result and through trusting this person's recommendation I ordered on like a Tuesday evening after 7pm. The ETA was for a week later I was good with the arrival of the item. I noticed that a UPS person came to the door and the custodian informed me that a package came for me! I was so surprised the package arrived on that same week on the Thursday! We haven't used the item yet but im impressed with the service. Also if you are a NPO they are able to take the items information on the website and use it immediately!
Description of wheel alignment tool stated plates were made of stainless steel-WRONG! Instructions for use are not clear and must have been poorly translated by some Chinese AI program. Will not order from Vevor evor again. Good Riddance!

Answer: Bought a new ice machine from them and when it got there it didn't work they told me I need a new compressor or new mother board. Why do I have to pay for parts when I just bought it and doesn't work. Don't buy anything feom this company. Takes them 2 days to reply then just say the same thing over and over. I s3nt them pics and videos of the machine the next day it came. Nothing they are robbing people for there hard earned money
