I bought a commercial grade dehumidifier that was expensive it was still within warranty they tried giving me small amounts of money and then they said they would send me the part and I had to repair it myself which I don't know how to do then they finally agreed to give me an almost full refund and they want to replace the item I agree and then they said that they couldn't give me the refund to my original payment method cuz it was just past 6 months and they can send it to my Paypal account and I don't have a PayPal account and I cannot get one and they refuse to do anything else this is being ongoing for two weeks terrible company terrible
