Scam in my experience. No help from customer service and no reply to email

In my opinion, SCAM. They don't back their products with service.

They pump out the inexpensive products, but have no mechanisms to deal with a situation where something goes wrong. They literally told me 'repair it yourself', adding that they had no parts to any of 'their' products. I think they are selling other companies products under their umbrella. I know, I know, you get what you pay for.

They are a reseller who put their name on anything. Lots of garbage and a few sturdy products. Poor return policy and been sued a bunch of times cavet emptor

They're carried by the likes of Home Depot, but buyer beware. Should you face an issue, good luck on getting a remedy.
