I tell people everything I buy from Vevor has been great. I haven't made any large purchases from Vevor but items I have purchased in the low price range up to two hundred dollars have been very good.
We recieved an order of garden fence and posts. The posts were perfect but the garden fence had broken wire throughout due to manufacturing, not shipping. It was still usable but I would not buy the fence again.
I have purchased a variety of products from Vevor from a sewer camera, fuel pump and transfer pump, landscpe cloth, hose reel and roads markers. All were of good quality and continue to serve me well. Great products, great price and fast shipping.
I've only bought a few things from vevor, mostly cause I'm broke. So far I've had good experience with their products, my only nit-pick is the shipping, some stuff takes like a week to get, not really an issue just gotta get used to it
I continue to shop with skepticism for whatever reason, and they continue to show that the products meet my needs at a very reasonable price every time.
Vevor Destroyed My Trust – Worst Experience as a Business Owner I own multiple restaurants and have been a returning customer with Vevor—but after this disaster, I'll never buy from them again. I ordered two machines. One came damaged beyond repair, and the other never arrived. I contacted customer support immediately and was met with scripted, robotic replies. Every day it's the same copy-paste message:
"We'll contact the team."
"We've marked your email as top priority."
"Please be patient." It's been over a week. No action. No working tracking number. No replacement. I provided photos, tried to upload a video (which failed), and asked multiple times to speak to a manager or receive a phone call. NOTHING. Meanwhile, I have a grand opening next week and they're asking me to wait 10–15 days or fix the item myself. Absolutely unacceptable. Vevor doesn't care about loyal customers or time-sensitive situations. They just take your money and disappear when problems arise. I've ordered many times, but this is the last. I'll also be sharing screenshots and this experience across all platforms. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in the U.S.

Ok, there are no hammers or saws, but I have everything else I need in one toolbox! There are sockets, extensions, bits, drivers, hex wrenches, open end wrenches and more! Each drawer is well labeled and organized! I'd say that 90% of my tool needs are in this set! I can repair my cars, truck, appliances, gardening equipment. This set will really be used a lot, saving me time and money! I'm really happy with this set!
The cart was exactly as described. Felt that the jigs for the tires were an excellent guide for size very easy to put together. Just what we were looking for.
Super pleased with the greenhouse. My husband said no way would this hold up & was very surprised & happy with the purchase.Easy to put together & sturdy. We have had a couple of unpredictable wind storms flair up & greenhouse stood up just fine! Only suggestion is wished you could purchase a summer cover that had more ventilation, it will be too hot for summer months here in AZ. Yes we plan to purchase another as our gardening expands.
The user doc is typical Chinglish. If you know what it's trying to say you'll be ok. It seems to me that companies tyhat are marketing Chinese made products need to seriously engage people that are English speakers as their primary language. Dont rely on AI, or other marginal methods of writing documentation. Then have an editor read whats about to be printed/posted.
I purchased an Ice Machine from Vevor through Amazon, with 1 year warranty and "lifetime technical service support" quality gurantees. The product worked well until a problem occurred with the lighting. I raised the issue through Amazon Seller Contact and ended up corresponding with Vevor directly, then in parallel via Amazon Seller and Vevor support ticket correspondence. Long story short, Vevor would not help with the issue, since the machine was out of warranty. They told me explicitly "... repair it yourself." I pressed that they had "lifetime technical service support" in their listing as well, so I had some expectation of troubleshooting assistance. In response, they removed the original listing showing their lifetime technical service support guarantee. Fortunately, I had already taken a screen capture as a matter of record. I've had to log a Supplier issue with Amazon at this point. Suffice it to say, any company that would go so far to retrospectively change their gurantee to get out of their quality statement is not to be trusted.

Works great, not that heavy. I was able to trim 2 large trees in a couple of hours. You may want to tighten the pieces together a couple of times as they might get a little loose. Would definitely recommend.
I ordered this hoist on Tuesday and it was delivered the next day, before 3:00 pm! Price was very reasonable.
I mounted it on an 1 1/4" pipe in my workshop. I can slide it along the pipe about 6' horizontally. I pick up motorcycle engines from the floor and can raise them to my engine stand or over to my bench. Very convenient, lifts engines with ease, works flawlessly.
Product as described, quick delivery, tools to assemble not adequate, as shelf brackets were too tight when trying to fit into posts. Had to use my own hammer along with the dinky hammer they supplied. Overall works well and a good price.
Box looked ok. Main bar across front was twisted and bent badly. I used a pipe wrench to straighten it. Seems to be ok. Instructions were really bad, but u figured it out!

I love the product. It seems to work very well so far and I've enjoyed using it. The only thing is it did not come with instructions and I don't like the fact that I have to sit tied to a wall outlet because without it being plugged in it doesn't work. I wish it was something I can charge up and then wear and go about my business for the 20 minutes that I'm using it.

I had to change my Hydraulic fitting on the tractor but I got it hooked up and used my grader blade. It work great I could change the bade cutting angle without getting off the tractor. Works Great so far.
I have been buying Vevor products for a few years now and have been happy with every purchase. I recently started shopping directly with Vevor signing up as a member and purchased multiple items. So far each item has come in a timely manner and the products been even better quality than expected. I have purchased items from hoists, tables, sausage presses, green house, and have a bee hive on the way I can't wait for. I am definitely a Vevor fan.
The delivery was later than initially conveyed to me when I placed the order. When I inspected the products after receipt, one of the 4 casters was not working properly. I would not spin freely like the other 3 casters. I will be requesting a replacement.

Answer: Bought a new ice machine from them and when it got there it didn't work they told me I need a new compressor or new mother board. Why do I have to pay for parts when I just bought it and doesn't work. Don't buy anything feom this company. Takes them 2 days to reply then just say the same thing over and over. I s3nt them pics and videos of the machine the next day it came. Nothing they are robbing people for there hard earned money
