I was putting together a work bench and I needed to lift the heavy shelves into position to bolt them on. I couldn't rent a lift and started searching for something that could do the job but was not too expensive. In my search I found something called a "motorcycle/dirt bike lift". Then I checked VEVOR and they had one at a great price! Very nicely built and it came with a t-handle wrench that works well to turn the lift screw. Another VEVOR product purchase - I am now up to 3. I am very satisfied with the quality and value of my purchases so far.
Same highly rated tool set as found in "Big box" stores. Easily ordered direct at 20% savings, same warranty. I would have needed to use ship-to- store option which would have delayed delivery by almost a week.
A few weeks ago, I bought a rolling projector cart from Vevor for under $40. The quality was excellent, s I bought a 3 shelf rolling storage cart for under $80, that carries most of my music gear, so I only need to make 2 trips into a gig, and I can use the cart to hold drinks, accessories, harmonicas, etc, rolled right up next to my piano. When I finish loading my gear out from the show, I lift the handle in the top shelf, and the whole unit collapses, completely assembled, into a space as small as one of my guitar cases, for transport. This cart saves me half of the time and labor of setting up and breaking down. Incredible! I just bought a retractable awning for my patio, which I haven't put up yet, but I expect the quality will be as good or better than units costing 3 to 4 times as much. Thanks, Vevor!

Vevor Destroyed My Trust – Worst Experience as a Business Owner I own multiple restaurants and have been a returning customer with Vevor—but after this disaster, I'll never buy from them again. I ordered two machines. One came damaged beyond repair, and the other never arrived. I contacted customer support immediately and was met with scripted, robotic replies. Every day it's the same copy-paste message:
"We'll contact the team."
"We've marked your email as top priority."
"Please be patient." It's been over a week. No action. No working tracking number. No replacement. I provided photos, tried to upload a video (which failed), and asked multiple times to speak to a manager or receive a phone call. NOTHING. Meanwhile, I have a grand opening next week and they're asking me to wait 10–15 days or fix the item myself. Absolutely unacceptable. Vevor doesn't care about loyal customers or time-sensitive situations. They just take your money and disappear when problems arise. I've ordered many times, but this is the last. I'll also be sharing screenshots and this experience across all platforms. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in the U.S.

I purchased an Ice Machine from Vevor through Amazon, with 1 year warranty and "lifetime technical service support" quality gurantees. The product worked well until a problem occurred with the lighting. I raised the issue through Amazon Seller Contact and ended up corresponding with Vevor directly, then in parallel via Amazon Seller and Vevor support ticket correspondence. Long story short, Vevor would not help with the issue, since the machine was out of warranty. They told me explicitly "... repair it yourself." I pressed that they had "lifetime technical service support" in their listing as well, so I had some expectation of troubleshooting assistance. In response, they removed the original listing showing their lifetime technical service support guarantee. Fortunately, I had already taken a screen capture as a matter of record. I've had to log a Supplier issue with Amazon at this point. Suffice it to say, any company that would go so far to retrospectively change their gurantee to get out of their quality statement is not to be trusted.

Box looked ok. Main bar across front was twisted and bent badly. I used a pipe wrench to straighten it. Seems to be ok. Instructions were really bad, but u figured it out!

Don't buy Vevor chainsaw sharpener or any other Vevor product. We bought one brand new and it doesn't even turn on. I have been contacting them for a couple of weeks now and still haven't been helped. We even just wanted to buy a new part that my husband did electrical testing on it and knew it was bad and they wouldn't even sell us that part. After a 2 week they completely stopped contacting us. Don't buy anything from this company. You can only contact them through email or chat, no phone number available. Don't buy any of their products because if you have problems, their customer service is nonexistent and you are on your own. It's a complete run around till you get sick of emailing them or they get sick of you. At the beginning they act like you are the most important person in town but after 2 weeks they don't even know your name. Spend the extra money and buy quality not their junk. We ended up throwing it in the garbage. Spent a little more and get quality.

The package was delivered yesterday late in the day. It was left at the end of my driveway by the main highway. They did not even bring it up to my house door. House is 400' from the highway and someone could have taken the package. Do not use this shipper for any on my shipments in the future.

I had to order another disk after brand new one came in racked, then tried to use on job and hose on unit busted off. Tried to get replacement only used 20 mins! Just received new 20 inch but paid for 24 inch useless. Totally frustrated because need for jobs. No phone number I can call. Just wrong

Everything except return policy is excellent. With on-line shopping, there are some case that the product is somewhat different from what I expected. So I wish Vevor accepts exchange with these reason.
In my case, I ordered 8 seats sport bench, but after I received it, I regret that I didn't order 6 seats as 8 seats are bulkier that I thought. Otherwise, I tend to shop at local store as much as possible as I can see the product before buying.
I accidentally ran across Vevor online while searching for some tools and their website showed up. In the last year I have purchased everything from tools to storage shelves and a cart. Everything I bought has been made of heavy duty materials and solidly made. Best of all at a price nobody has been able to beat for the same quality. Everything arrives on time as promised. I have started looking for things I need or want here first. Look here. You won't be sorry.
I've hat a generic 8 in 1 one hat press and it was pain to use. Having to heat several times etc. I got the Vevor automatic hat press and I was able to to do a couple of hats in under 5 minutes. Perfect adhesion. This thing is amazing.

Their equipment is garbage and they refuse to issue a refund. They continue to give excuses and everything they say is an additional 1-3 days. Their no phone number to call. Only a chat that responds hours later. Avoid this company at all costs.

This is lightweight, perfect for me to carry. It came with wheels, but I couldn't figure out how to make them secure. But, it's so light, carrying it from job to job is not an issue. It's powerful suction makes cleaning a breeze. I love this little guy! So much easier to use than my husband's giant shop vac!

Answer: Bought a new ice machine from them and when it got there it didn't work they told me I need a new compressor or new mother board.
