What causes a Vevor garage heater to heat over the set temperature? It will randomly keep heating over the set temperature.

Shun I have been talking to them through email and they say because they ha be already replaced it they are not going to replace it again

I have a BQL-A11-6 model. Why when it reaches 100 and I dispense the icecream it goes down to like 45-50 and it takes 2 minutes to reach 100 again?
